Olive Grove Villa is set in the beautiful surroundings of an old Cypriot olive grove in Northern Cyprus. From our huge roof terrace there are outstanding views of the mountains, sea and the picturesque village of Karsiyaka. Our house has been built with double aspect in all rooms apart from the master bedroom which has triple aspect to optimise the stunning views. The house sits on a large, private, landscaped plot, in a quiet area a mile from the sought after village of Karsiyaka which offers a supermarket and other amenities. The popular holiday village of Lapta is minutes away and the picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia 20 minutes drive.

The picturesque and much sought after village of KARSIYAKA, with its lovely local beaches (go and watch the Greenback and Loggerhead turtles hatching in August) is well placed to explore the numerous delights that North Cyprus has to offer. A short distance to the west lies the rugged, beautiful scenery of Korucam Burnu, where you can park and walk down to find numerous secluded coves and beaches, which you may often have all to yourself. To the east is the pretty, tranquil harbour town of Kyrenia. The castle frames its charming and tiny harbour, full of yachts and fishing boats. With the chic pavement restaurants, the backdrop of the jagged mountains behind and the calm sparkling sea in front, the harbour has an intoxicating serene atmosphere not bettered in the Mediterranean. Further to the east are deserted beaches, which are home to nesting sea turtles, and monasteries lying hidden in cool pine forests.

  • £550 based on up to 4 people. Winter rates negotiable. 50% non refundable deposit of total rental is required to secure the booking, paid either by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Balance is required approximately 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, together with a refundable breakage deposit of £100. Cancellation charges: up to 8 weeks - deposit; up to 55 days - 60% of the total cost; up to 28 days - 100% of the total cost.
  • Last minute or late availability bookings may be available with discounts - check availability chart then contact the owners.
  • This is a non-smoking villa although we are happy for people to smoke on the terraces. No pets are allowed but we welcome children. We have two small children of our own and the villa has been built with children in mind. There are pool toys and a selection of DVDs available for you and your children's enjoyment. Our pergola at the side of the villa gives respite from the hot sun all day.

Additional Info:: Olive Grove Villa offers you stunning accommodation, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Downstairs there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave, dining room and lounge with real fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Two twin bedded rooms, each air-conditioned for your comfort and a bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom (also air-conditioned), study/dressing area and en-suite bathroom leading outside to a 50 sq mtr roof terrace where you may relax with a cool drink, olives picked from the trees in the grounds and watch the sun set over the mountains. We also have a wonderful overflow swimming pool with roman steps, sun loungers and umbrellas, and large terracing with BBQ, pergola and terrace furniture for el-fresco dining. This really is a beautiful place to stay to relax and to explore the wonderful beaches, mountains, castles and history that North Cyprus has to offer.

Arrival at Olive Grove Villa: Please contact us for car hire company recommendations. Car hire companies will pick up from Ercan airport free of charge or approximately £50 each way from Larnaca airport. A comprehensive guide for use of the property, pool etc are in the villa together with local info re beaches, restaurants, shopping and other points to help you make the most of your holiday time. Your hire car can be delivered to the villa on the first morning of your stay if preferred. Our local agent is available for any information or assistance you may need during your stay.

Departure from Olive Grove Villa: At the end of your stay your car hire company will collect you and drive you back to the airport.

Golf: The Korineum Golf Club is approximately a 45 minute drive away. This is a first class golf course.

We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to escape from the daily stresses of modern life. The property is ideally located to cover all aspects of your holiday requirements be it total peace and quite or for experiencing the local villages and towns all of which are just a short drive away.You would need a car for this villa as it is off the beaten track.The property has many different and wonderful aspects depending on which room you are in. If its the master bedroom you can wake up to the sun streaming through all of its three windows and gaze at the mountains which provide a dramatic backdrop. This view is also seen from the kitchen ,lounge and one of the downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs terrace not only provides you with another area to relax or eat but also views of the ocean and of course the mountains. The villa is situated on a quite no through road with the only traffic being the poolman or the gardener. For those of you who worry about being isolated well dont as there are other villas around you none of which interfere with your space. The pool is excellent and very well maintained. This was our first time visiting Northern Cyprus and the help and advice provided by Jackie right from the initial contact to the day of departure was very much appreciated. All communications with her were dealt with efficiently and promptly. As for the country, well its like Spain was 20 years ago. Great scenery, open roads,friendly natives,great sunsets,secluded uninhabited beaches, lots to see,varied menus and totally uncommercialised.
We really do hope to make it back there one day and if we are lucky to do so we would not hesitae in booking this property again. Jackie,from us both thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful holiday home.
