Large unique villa with 14.5m swimming pool. Set in 2 1/2 acres of landscaped grounds and orchards. Facing the sea (2kms) with views of the 5 Finger mountain range this luxury villa is designed around the Octagon -all rooms are octagonal apart from the bathrooms. Large lounge with open fire;sat tv, dvd; large dining room/entrance hall with black granite dining table. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs shower/wc and separate twin bedroom. Up the sweeping granite staircase there are 4 further bedrooms, one master double with ensuite shower/wc, one further double; 2 twins; house bathroom with shower. The 3 front bedrooms have balconies overlooking the swimming pool and with sea views. There is a built in BBQ in the outdoor shaded patio that overlooks the pool area that also has a paddling pool for youngsters. There are large orchards with peaches, apples, figs, lemons, almonds, carob, etc which we encourage you to pick and eat in season! Perfection.

Octavio Villa is close to Lapta about 20 minutes easy drive to the West of Kyrenia. It is set slightly up the base of the 5 Finger mountains, overlooking the coast. The nearest houses are 500m away and the villa is set in its own private gardens at the end of a long track. Magnificent views of the mountains behind and the coastline in front with views of Turkey when the visibility is good! The nearest supermarkets are 10 minutes drive and stock everything you need including a large number of UK named goods. There are dozens of high quality restaurants, large and small that are between 2kms and 15 kms distance, all offering fantastic value food. The nearest beach is 'Escape' about 10 minutes away, suitable for young children with its gently shelving sandy beach. Kyrenia can be reached in 20 minutes and Nicosia is 40 minutes away.
