Rosmarin Villa is part of a small, luxury development of 7 villas sharing a large overflow pool. Ideal for families and couples alike. The villa is perfectly located close to Kyrenia (5 mins drive), numerous beautiful beaches and only 5 mins walk from the traditional village of Ozankoy with it's many restaurants. The property has a good sized mature garden and benefits from wonderful views of the sea, mountains and Bellapais Abbey. The villa is tastefully furnished with spacious rooms, each with balcony, and equipped to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The villa has air-con throughout and has an open fireplace , so is suitable for both summer & winter lets. Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system are supplied with a selection of DVDs & Cd's. Enjoy an evening BBQ on the terrace with views of the floodlit Abbey and stunning mountain range. It truly is a home from home but only minutes away from everything you need.

The villa is ideally located to easily explore all the major attractions of the area. The picturesque village of Bellapais is only 5 minutes drive away, with its magnificent Abbey & many restaurants, as is the historic town of Kyrenia with its tranquil harbour, castle and numerous restaurants/bars. You can explore the coast on one of the daily boat trips. There are also many beaches nearby, many with watersports (please, contact owner for useful websites links) Only 15 mins from the villa is the newly opened 18 hole international Korineum golf course. Horse-riding is available nearby. Other close attractions include the 'fairytale' castles of St Hilarion and Buffavento with their panoramic views.Turtle (Alagadi) Beach, 15 mins away is home to the nesting turtles between May and October. Take a drive to the Karpaz peninsula, with its turquoise sea & deserted white sandy beaches, stopping off at the Roman ruins of Salamis with its spectacular amphitheatre.

  • Prices quoted are based on 2 people sharing. There is an additional supplement of £25 per person per week for each additional guest. Supplements may apply during Bank Holiday periods. Please enquire for details.
    BOOKING: a deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Receipt of the deposit will be acknowledged and the Booking confirmed. PAYMENTS: details will be advised on booking.
    REFUNDABLE BOND: this is £125 per booking against breakages or damage and is payable with the balance of your payment. It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.
    CANCELLATION CHARGES: up to 8 weeks prior to occupancy: deposit; 57 to 29 days prior to occupancy: 60% of total; up to 28 days prior to occupancy: 100% of total.
    N.B. It is always advisable to take out insurance in the event of cancellation, property, accident or loss.

This includes books, games, cd's, dvd's, beach towels, cooly bag, parasol (that can be taken to the beach), beach bag, mosquito plug-ins etc. There is a comprehensive guest information pack within the villa with maps/guides/eateries etc. We can also arrange to purchase items such as nappies on your behalf, to be here on your arrival, should you wish, saving you having to pack them. Just e-mail us with your special requests and we will do our utmost to oblige.

We will leave a contact telephone number for any emergencies and will call on you to ensure that everything is satisfactory the following day of your arrival. We can also arrange a laundry service and extra cleans, if required during your stay. FLIGHT INFORMATION: with regards to flights, you can either fly into Ercan airport in North Cyprus (approx 40 mins from the villa) The other option is to fly into Larnaca (south Cyprus)

''The villa met with all our expectations and was homely, well equipped and in a great location. Thankfully it exactly as advertised, so thank you. After a great week in both the villa and N.Cyprus we were sad to leave. It was just the tonic we needed to help us relax and wind down from the stresses of work. From the moment we arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. The villa was in the perfect spot to get away from it all, but still only 5 minutes from everything you need. Thankyou for a great 2 weeks in your lovely villa

This was our second stay in your lovely villa, we couldn't wait to return after an enjoyable stay on '07. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the villa is beautiful and in an ideal location. It was great not having to rely on a car to get around as the village of Ozankoy was only a couple of minutes walk away where there are numerous restaurants & bars which serve great food and we enjoyed trying them all out. The restaurants in nearby Bellapais also did free taxi services, so it really is the ideal place for those who don't want to spend all of their holiday driving.
The service throughout was excellent as the owner had arranged the airport transfers and car hire for us as well as a really helpful welcome visit on our first day.
The pool was a joy and so inviting that we didn't feel the need to explore the local beaches. We felt thoroughly relaxed and refreshed after the 2 week break and didn't want to leave, thankyou again for making it such an enjoyable stay.

Do we have to go home already ? What a fabulous 2 week holiday we have had here at Rosmarin. The villa has been like a home from home (but with the sunshine) ! The welcome pack was really appreciated given our late arrival time - so thank you for that & also all your help & guidance. The children will certainly miss the lovely big swimming pool & also enjoyed their days at the beach trying out the watersports (they particularly enjoyed Escape Beach). But then there are too many things to list that we enjoyed...and not enough time to try all the restaurants, beaches & sights. So we'll just have to come back next year !!
Thanks once again, we've all had a lovely time.

Fantastic holiday, great location

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Rosmarin Villa last year, the villa itself was everything we had hoped for and presented even better than the impressive photos on the website. As well as being fully equipped with everything you could need should you wish the self cater, the villa was in the most ideal location for strolling into the village with all of it's delightful restaurants and their delicious food! Overall, this holiday exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it.
