"Jasmine" is a newly built, four bedroom villa with sea and mountain views, landscape gardens, a private overflow swimming pool, roof terrace and front terrace which overlooks lemon groves. The back garden boasts a hammock and a pagoda seating area as well as sun beds. The upstairs and downstairs outside areas also have barbecues. The villa is furnished to a high standard and the lounge contains digital TV, a DVD player, stereo and games console.

Kasiyaka, located west of Kyrenia affords stunning views of the highest mountains in the Bespark mountain range. Kasiyaka is home to a few shops including a local supermarket and good restaurants, some of which overlook the picturesque harbour. The area also contains stunning sandy beaches, which host a variety of water sports. A brand new golf course is also under construction and is due to be finished around summer 2006. There is a wonderful new spar and health club, opened in July which offers a wide range of treatments, also has a gym, sauna & jacuzzi steam rooms. Offers yoga and meditation classes. This is a 5 min drive from the villa.

The Villa: The Jasmine 3 is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa, newly built to a high standard. It is set in its own spacious gardens with fruit trees & palms. In the rear of the garden you can relax in the hammock or sit under the shade of the pagoda. From the front terrace you can look out over the lemon groves. The villa has 4 double bedrooms all with air-conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen & spacious living room. The master bedroom has en-suit shower walk in wardrobe & double doors opening on to front terrace looking onto lemon groves. Double bedroom with mountain views. Two twin rooms with doors opening on to pool area.

Booking: We require a deposit of £100 per week refundable after departure and full payment 6 weeks prior to departure.

Car Hire: We can recommend a very reliable car hire company, if you fly into Ercan airport they will transfer you to the villa free of charge & your car will be waiting for you. If you choose to fly to the south the charge for transfer would be approx £35 each way. The transfer time from the North is approx 45min The transfer from the South is approx 1hour 45mins.

Other Activities: quad biking, shooting, boat trips, go-karting, sight seeing.

We have stayed in many villas over the past 14 years we have had many experiences (good & bad) but we all agreed that this was one of the most well equipped, clean and nicely co-ordinated villas that we have stayed in.
The overflow pool was amazing and we spent many hours in there.

The Jasmine is the perfect place to sit back, chill out do nothing, drink wine & relax.

Even a month was not long enough, the villa was very comfortable & well appointed, we would have preferred to stay here rather than go back to wet & cold U.K.
We enjoyed watching the banana tree flowering and fruiting.
