Villa Roseau, nine miles west of Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus. Modern stylish villa with private pool in a quiet development of 3 villas. Wonderful views of the mountains two minutes walk from the sea. Villa Roseau has a private (10m by 5m) overflow pool from which you can see the mountain views. Spacious living area. Large fully equiped kitchen. Comfortable and relaxing for a fun family holiday or a quiet romantic escape. Landscaped garden. Enjoy a sun downer on the upstairs terrace with the mountains behind and the sea in front. There is a small supermarket and several restaurants including the pleasant Sempati hotel restaurant within walking distance of the Villa. Visit Kyrenia harbour for the most stunning harbour views and restaurants; also Bellapais Abbey mentioned in the famous novel Bitter Lemons or if you are feeling energetic climb to the top of St Hilarion which dates back to the crusades and beyond.

Situated on a quiet road 200 metres from the sea access to the sea by a rugged path. Lapta is a small village 2 km from the villa. The backdrop to the villa are the Kyrenia range mountains. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village. Near a quiet sandy cove - 10 minutes walk. All watersports available at Escape beach some 10 mins by car also the 'big tow water sports' at Alsancak which has been highly recommended especially with teenage children.

Guests Comments; 'Great Pad'-a real home from home. Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely villa- we had a really relaxing holiday. The attention to detail , car hire and transfers and the wonderfully equipped kitchen made for a truly comfortable stay. What a wonderful time had by all. The villa is like a 'home from Home' except the bonus of a swimming pool and hot weather!. Very well equipped villa. We loved it Warm welcome and good welcome pack Good car hire.

A beautiful villa in a gorgeous setting. It just feels good being here, spending time in the house, on the terrace or in the pool with this magnificent view of the mountains. Garden is very private, despite close neighbours. The house is very comfortable and well equiped and has a full kitchen, which makes 'dining in' more pleasant than at home. The villa is easily reached from the main road Girne-Lapta.
Lapta has enough to offer when it comes to markets and restaurants; several private (small) beaches close by, some nice small sandy/pebbly coves also close by; stunning deserted sandy beaches just over an half hour drive north.
