This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom villa stands in a small village just outside the city of Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus and backs onto the Five Finger Mountains. With marble floors and wrought ironwork throughout, it is spacious and quiet. The villa is fitted with air conditioning throughout and the fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise of one double, two twins and a single. There is also a full size British Safety Standard travel cot and buggy in the property for any young children. The pool is directly in front of the villa.

Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Miles
Car: necessary
The sea is about a ten minute drive depending on which beach you head for. There is also a local water park. The area is steeped in history and architecture and there are wonderful places to visit including the beautiful Bellapais Abbey where there are some lovely shops and restaurants which give a fantastic view towards the sea. The local village has several restaurants and with Kyrenia a short drive away, there is plenty to choose from. Take a walk along the promenade, visit the castle at the historical old harbour or simply relax at one of the harbour restaurants.

  • A refundable security deposit of £200 is required when the balance is due, to cover against damage, breakages, etc during the holiday. This will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday if all is in order.

We rented the villa for 16 days and had an excellent time. All amenities were very good, good bathroom facilities - particularly useful when you have 3 women trying to get ready in the evening!!
Pool kept clean and tidy, villa had a mid week clean but apart form thta it was easy to keep clean.
Tv was not working but able to use the DVD which was useful for the kids in the evening after we came home from town.
Definately need a car, not easy to find your way around if you don't know the area but luckily we have been to the area before and have friends that live up the road!!
All in all a good villa - I would recommend to anyone.

Holiday in Bellapais Villa

This was a great place to stay. It was stunningly hot, more than 40 degrees all the time we were there, so the pool and airconditioning were very welcome! The villa is very well set out and there is everything you need there. Our first week was very quiet with only our English neighbours who live there, in residence. In the second week there was another English family next to us and they wanted to dominate the pool! Interesting roads up to the property but the hire car held up well. Lots of interesting places to visit, would recommend particularly Salamis and Kantara Castle and Famagusta. Also wonderful restaurants especially in Bellapais, all of whom would collect and return you from your villa free of charge. Would also recomend the Blue Dolphin scuba diving school, located at the rear of the Jasmine Court Hotel in Kyrenia - our sons did the open water and advanced dive courses during our holiday. Friendly, helpful people and mixed with stunning scenery made for truley memorable holiday.
