Great villa for a family holiday, Villa was well equipped but suffered from water shortage (as do all properties in Cyprus!). 150 yards stroll from small sheltered beach.
A car is an absolute must- no supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance with temperatures of 30-34 C.
Essenteppe village best for local shopping and restaurants but there are many good restaurants in a short drive (we never found a bad one!).
We had a great family holiday (5 adults & 2 children) and wuold recommend to all my friends.

We try our very best to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful holiday. We have equipped the Villa very well to suit all types of holidaymakers. There is the private swimming pool, loads of outdoor and indoor lounging, and dining areas to suit either formal or relaxed meals. The kitchen and built-in outdoor BBQ have everything you would need to make any type of meal.

Villa near Esentepe

The villa lived up to our expectations. It is in a quiet area right by the sea where there is a small beach mainly used by local friendly people. At times we had the place to ourselves. The villa was spacious, clean and the kitchen well stocked. Loved the marble stair case. The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Car hire is a must due to location. Owner was very helpful from day one and also recommended a reliable and good value car hire company who also arranged our transfer from Larnaca airport. Handy also if you play golf. Lovely course within a five minute drive. We had a very relaxing break in which the hardest decision each day was where to eat i.e. eat in or at a variety of restaurants within a few miles drive, especially near Girne. Hope to return one day.
