Owner's Assistance:
Why not let the owners take away the hassle of searching for taxis and hire cars. Airport transfers can be arranged through a very reliable and highly professional company and a hire car awaiting your arrival at the villa at the lowest possible rates - owners take nil commission (child seats can be provided if required). A property manager will orientate you with your villa and local area and offer general advice on amenities, venues and tourist attractions (and will revisit on a regular basis). Please do not hesitate to contact the owners direct for general holiday advice or more detailed information prior to booking (they are seasoned Cyprus travellers and can offer lots of practical advice). Their aim is that you and yours enjoy a wonderful holiday and fully enjoy a large villa with fabulous views,all the amenities you could wish for and a quiet safe location but still within easy reach of Kyrenia, local beaches, shops,restaurants and bars.
Wonderful Location & Value for money:
This villa is at least half the cost of similar villas in other areas of Cyprus PLUS it is situated outside of the Euro Zone - huge savings to be made when spending Turkish Lira in a region where food & drink costs are cheaper.
Kyrenia (5 min drive away) is a beautiful harbour which still maintains its traditional waterfront with wonderful winding backstreets packed full of interesting shops and wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants. Bellapais Abbey and the beautiful village of Ozankoy is again only 5 mins drive away and lovely places to explore. Yet the villa is set above the noise and the bustle of nightime entertainment - you can enjoy all that Kyrenia and the nightlife has to offer, and then retire to the serenity of Sea Pearls Villa and quietly sit by the pool sipping a brandy or a glass of wine and enjoy the glittering harbour below you or the thousands of stars above. In the morning you can wake, enjoy a swim in your own pool and watch the boats sailing on the Mediterranean.
Beautiful Pool:
Sea Pearls has an outsize freshwater private pool (10 metres x 5 metres) and is beautifuly maintained and cleaned. It uses a chemical system that avoids excessive chlorine which can sting or cause red eyes after a while - our pool is always crystal clear and feels fresh. It has steps at one end (shallow) and a ladder in the deep end (and gently slopes - safer than the pools that are shallow and then slide down into the deep end). In the water you can see the Mediterranean looking north and then from the same pool spot turn and see the magnificent mountains behind the villa. The pool is also floodlit underwater for the evenings and has poolside lighting on the surrounding sun patios too. A beautiful place to sunbathe, read books and sip cocktails during the day (and a lovely place to lie with a coffee or a liqueur and look at the night lights below or the stars above with jasmine and lemon scent in the air).
