Bella Villa is set amongst the luxury individual villas on the gentle slopes leading up to Bellapais from Kyrenia giving panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Kyrenia is only a short car ride away with its abundance of supermarkets, boutiques, bazaars, cafes & restaurants, craft & jewellers shops, bars nightclubs & casinos. The famous picturesque old harbour in Kyrenia with its popular bars & restaurants is the departure point for a series of trips by fishing boat or speedboat. The famous ruins of Bellapais Abbey provide a dramatic backdrop to a year round season of renowned music festivals & the numerous restaurants are very highly regarded & many have amazing panoramic views. The unspoilt sandy beaches of the pan handle peninsular are only minutes away by car and several are classed as important nature reserves because of the nesting turtles. Indeed, there are abundant military & religious historical sites & country walks around Kyrenia for the keen explorer.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 2008 rates apply to all bookings deposited prior to 31st January .
    The rates above are based on 2 person occupancy per week with a further £50 per additional person up to the maximum of 6. The double sofa bed in the lounge increases the occupancy to 8 - these extra 2 are charged at £25 per person per week.
    A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to cover potential breakages, damage or excessive electricity usage - ie exceeding 100 units per week per person . Please use the air-conditioning sensibly - as recommended by our agent & the manufacturer's instructions
    Additional days are charged on a pro rata basis. A reservation deposit of 25% of the rental fee is needed to secure the booking and full payment & security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
    30% REDUCTION APPLIES TO RESERVATIONS OF 3 WEEKS OR MORE DURING LOW SEASON .

We have just returned from our holiday staying in Bella Villa and had a a very relaxing break, exactly what we needed. The accommodation was excellent, really spacious and very clean with a beautiful pool, which you could actually swim in. Everything was perfect for a chill-out break with a variety of restaurants within walking distance in the nearby village.
