Family villas sit nestling on the tree line high above Catalkoy with stunning views overlooking the northern coastline of Cyprus with fabulous views to the south of the Besparmak Mountains. Each villa has its own private 10x5 meter overflow pool & for your comfort are Sun loungers, Parasols, Patio Furniture & a purpose built barbecue. Lemon Villa have 2 family bathrooms + 1 en suite bathroom. The Castle 2 En suite, Family bathroom & downstairs shower/WC handy for pool. Large villa's with plenty of living area, which can sleep 7/ 8 plus Travel cots & High chairs available upon request. Bedding, Towels, Water + Standard units electricity included daily then local rate per unit. The kitchen and dining area are spacious & fully fitted. The lounge area is again spacious, TV for DVD playing, soft furnishings. Buffavento Castle a steep but good walk for an hour to the top, where you can feel the temperature change & see the mist later in the day. Situated behind the Villas look, see if you can spot the Castle walls. New Golf course around 30 mintues drive from Villas. Horse Riding in the Village. Good Walks in the Mountains behind the villas early and late season, when not too hot.

Notes: The Lower floor is open plan with patio doors leading to various areas of garden and patio areas. There is a Double bedroom & Bathroom at floor level for those having difficulties with stairs. The overflow swimming pool is maintained twice weekly, more if deemed necessary. Our maintenance staff are on hand in case of difficulties with the villas & to help in any way. Welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk & Water is provided.... Additional supplies can be purchased on your behalf. Transfers available. The villas are self catering, however if given notice a cleaner can be arranged for end of holiday, payable locally. Note, We have had children of all ages stay at the Villas but some areas around villas are not suitable for unsupervised / disabled children, please ask for further information as not all Villas are the same. The Villa's: The Villa's have beautiful sea and mountain views and the surrounding area is ideal for all ages. You can have days of golf, lazy days around the Pool or combination of many such as exploration of the islands many sights and eating places. Walks along the beaches, through the mountains, or through the villages and towns. (Some form of transport is required tho) Days of sunbathing or boat trips around the neaches and coves. Evenings of sunsets, or a flutter at the Casino. Village: The village has several small shops, newsagent,fruit shop, bars and eating places to suit all tastes and pockets, local bars for those not wishing to miss a match. Outside the village there is an abundance of eating places, supermarkets and things to see.

The Castle Villa: The Castle Villa has stunning views as it is set above the other villas, therefore is more secluded around the pool areas.

Ski: Subject to weather conditions at Troodos....Poss Snow Dec, Jan, Feb, March. But its generally still sunshine along the beaches.

Golf: New Golf course approx 30 minutes by car.
