Situated in a quiet private road, the property is just a 10 min stroll from the centre of Oroklini, a 15-20 min walk (2 minute drive) to the sea front of Larnaca Bay and it's numerous tourist facilities, a 10 min drive from the attractive & bustling town of Larnaca and 20 min from Larnaca airport. The village of Oroklini is a quaint traditional type of village but with modern facilities on offer. There are a few taverna's/restaurants offering good quality Cypriot and international fare, a bar and facilities such as supermarkets, chemist, bank, hairdressers etc. Also on offer is a leisure centre, go-kart track and even donkey riding! Along Larnaca Bay, which is within easy reach, you will find a Blue Flag beach as well as numerous restaurants, offering local and international cuisine, bars, hotels, nightclubs, shops, car hire outlets and taxi hire. There is also a bowling venue. Approximately 7 kilometres from the villa you will find Larnaca, Cyprus' third largest town. Here a wealth of facilities are on offer as well as the renowned and popular palm tree promenade by the sea front. There are numerous shops, bars, restaurants as well as museums and sites of historical interest.

This is a perfect place to spend a life time in, let alone a couple of weeks. This villa is a home from home!

The owners have thought of everything! I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants, peace and quiet in luxury surroundings! But with the option of night life etc if required.
They have put a really nice bamboo gazabo on the back of the villa,(not on photo)! which gives a nice cool area to sit and chill. The pool is wonderful,cleaned twice a week, a safe area for all ages.

The neighbours on both sides are English and are really nice people. The local area is nice and clean. Totally enjoyed our holiday! Can not praise this villa and area enough,one of the owners Andy, who we dealt with, was extermely nice and pleasent and wanted us to enjoy our time there. We did! Best ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

So much to see in Cyprus

My husband took me to Cyprus for my 60th birthday and we stayed in this Villa, it was in a nice quiet area very well furnished, near a village for shopping and near to the sea if we wanted it.Would recommend this villa if you want a quite place to stay. Both neibours were from England and were very helpful and friendly
