Villa Tatiana is the perfect holiday accommodation for those with young families or those who wish to get away from it all. The villa is brand new and has 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, private pool and all the extras you would expect from a luxury villa. Villa Tatiana is situated in a small exclusive gated development which overlooks the Mediterranean sea, the beach is only a few hundred metres from your front door. For those staying with young children the swimming pool can be fitted with a safety fence for your peace of mind and we also have a huge amount of baby/toddler equipment which we supply free of charge. Baby/toddler equipment includes safety gates, steriliser, monitor, cots, high chairs, bath seats, baby bouncers etc... The garden outside has a real Mediterranean feel to it, having palm trees, Jasmine, hibiscus, lemon and orange trees. There is an aromatic herb garden and verandas to the front, back and side of the villa.

Pervolia is a peaceful and traditional Cypriot village, away from the hustle and bustle of the more livelier resorts. The heart of the village is found in it's quaint, cobblestone square next to an old church, which comes alive in the evening with a collection of tavernas and bars playing host to locals and tourists alike. Villa Tatiana is situated on the outskirts of the village and it is a short drive to the amenities of the village or a leisurely stroll along the unspoilt coastline. Pervolia is home to a lighthouse at Cape Kiti (moments from the villa) which is the perfect spot for a bit of star gazing! There are plenty of activities to be had locally from watersports on the beach to museums in Larnaca, Donkey sanctuaries, camel parks, walking in the mountains, horse riding or if you are visiting Cyprus from January to March you can even ski in the Troodos mountains!
