The Villa is ideally located being only a 12 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and a 5 minute drive away from Pervolia, an idyliic typical Cypriot village. which has developed into a small tourist attraction without giving up its unique character. Banks, shops and supermarkets are available in Pervolia so we therefore advise that access to a car would be beneficial. Only a 3 minute walk iaway s a restaurant overlooking the sea, ideal for both lunches and romantic dinners.

Set in a tranquil, relaxing location, yet conveniently situated for Larnaca town and airport, only 10–14 minutes by car. Transfers can be arranged. The immediately surrounding area offers all modern amenities but still retains the traditional Cypriot way of life in a calm environment. Pervolia, 5 minutes drive away, is a typical Cypriot village, which can be described as idyllic. Over the last few years it has developed into a small tourist attraction without giving up its unique character. Banks, shops and supermarkets are available but it attracts discerning tourists who yearn for a small quiet place away from the large cities with charming people who will let you be part of their community and will welcome you with open arms. Larnaca is a working town, open all year, providing locally priced produce. Even so, if you want to let your hair down Ayia Napa is only 45 minutes drive away and there are endless things to do if you can tear yourselves away from Faros’ unique location.

The location of the villa is ideal being only a short drive from Larnaca airport and the Cypriot Village of Pervolia. However there is now a new restaurant within a 3 minute walk from the Limonia Villa. It is ideal for lunches and also for romantic evening dinners on the terrace overlooking the sea. A new boutique hotel is also situated within 3 minutes walk of the villa and located within a 10 minute drive away is MacKenzie beach - a golden sand beach - ideal for children and within very easy reach of restaurants.

Best location for a week-end with friends

I chose the villa on the internet without seing it and I was pleasantly surprised to find it exactly as described here. I would strongly recommend this villa if you plan a gateway with your firends. Pervolia village is a very nice location to have a walk to in the evening and drink something.

A relaxing holiday in a peaceful location

We stayed at Villa Limonia for a week in mid-April. The villa is just as described. It is clean, spacious and modern with a well-kept garden and pool area. Although the villa can sleep twelve people and there were twelve of us (including two small children), with this many people the living areas felt a bit crowded at times. I think it would be better suited to a slightly smaller group.

Given the time of year, we paid extra for the pool to be heated and we were very glad we did. Even though the weather was mostly warm, on a couple of occasions the pool heater stopped working temporarily and we realised the pool would have been too cold to use had we not opted for the heating.

The villa is in a quiet location with wonderful sea views. It is a 40 minute stroll from the village of Pervolia, which has a few restaurants and a couple of bars. We ate at Pyrgos (the meze is highly recommended) and also The House of Tan Li (the local Chinese) which were both very good. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, it is an ideal location, but probably not the place to stay if you are looking for nightlife!

Unless you just want to lie in the sun for a week or two, a car is essential - the villa is approximately a 15 minute drive from Larnaca town and 45 minutes from Ayia Napa / Protaras.

The service we received from the owner and management companies, both before, during and after our stay was excellent. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but these were both efficiently resolved.

Our only complaint was that, with the current euro to pound exchange rate, we found Cyprus to be quite expensive for food shopping and eating out.

Overall, we would highly recommend Villa Limonia for a relaxing holiday.
