This newly built (2005) three bedroom detached villa is situated in a small development just 200 metres from the shops and bars of the Pernera district of Protaras and only 500 metres from a sandy beach. The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished with coloured sofas, wooden tables, satellite TV, CD player and wireless Internet. The dining table has 10 dining chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and hob. A separate cloakroom and outside shower cubicle is also located on this level. There is help and advice when needed, friendship and local hospitality are still a way of life.

The centre of the lively resort of Pernera with its good selection of shops, bars and restaurants is within easy walking distance, as is the sandy beach at Pernera Cove. The centre of Protaras and the famous Fig Tree Bay are within a few minutes drive and the resort of Ayia Napa is approximately 10 minutes drive away. Within a 2 minute drive is the Water park and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach.

  • Rates include: Welcome Grocery Pack and Air Conditioning (for cooling and heating).
    A 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £200 damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or contents, then this will be returned immediately upon completion of rental period.

FAB VILLA (like home from home)

What can I say lovely, spacious villa with a great size pool, no need to go anywhere. But if you want to, the beach is just 10 minutes down the road. If you fancy a bus ride to Protaras, Ayia Nappa or Paralimni then the bus stops 2 minutes away, which runs quite frequently, so no need for a hire car. Otherwise there's Perena's shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner.
Also great customer service and spot on descriptions and directions.
We had such a fab time we're going back!
