Villa Garmar is situated at Kapparis which is a 7 minute drive from Protaras, 20 minute drive to Ayia Napa. The Villa comprises 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 8 beds (1 double, 5 singles, 1 Z Bed) + infants cot/playpen and high chair. All bedrooms have dressing tables + chairs and bedside units. Three bedrooms have patio doors to balconies. The main bedroom has an ensuite and there is a further two bathrooms. There is a large lounge with dining area (large patio doors to front and rear patios). The lounge has two 3-seater sofas plus two arm chairs, coffee table, desk, television, DVD and CD player. The dining room table accommodates 8 people. Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops including cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster and automatic hot and cold drinks dispenser. Everything is provided to cater for up to 8 persons (cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils). All floors are marble tiled & windows have louvred shutters

Nearest Motorway: 2 at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 80.0 Metres

Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts two large comprehensive supermarkets who can cater for all your holiday needs. Both Paralimni and Protaras have banks and cash machines. In all shops and banks English is well spoken. Nightlife is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa. There are excellent safe beaches within walking distance. In addition clients may wish to visit the Malama complex for evening disco/additional swimming facilities. For those who wish to venture further a visit to the picturesque Troodos Mountains and a shopping/sightseeing tour of Nicosia (the worlds only divided city) is highly recommended.

Notes: One of the twin bedded bedrooms is situated on the ground floor close to ground floor bathroom. The three upstairs bedrooms have balcony access via sliding patio doors. The main balcony has a table and four chairs. Bed linen and towels will be changed each week, however a daily maid service is available upon request at an extra charge. Cot linen is not provided. A large gas barbecue with all tools (including gas) is available for your use. A large patio table and chairs including parasol is located on the patio together with sun loungers around the pool. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival and our representative will be at the villa to meet you to ensure your stay will be as comfortable as possible. Transport from and to the airport is also available upon request at a reasonable additional cost.

We stayed for 4 nights at this villa.... it is spacious and clean..it has everything u need for up to 8 people...utensils, bedding, towels and no water shortages... it is in a good location and only a couple of minutes walk from a lovely cove.... the pool is excellent, but there are only 4 sunbeds, and one of them is broken.... 8 sunbeds should be supplied when 8 people stay there.... there was a welcome pack which was appreciated and a local cat which came for dinner every night (we named her Bobbi)... we would definately return....
