Villa Eleni is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of 10 villas, 4 of which are Cypriot owned,completed in late 2004. It is in an unspoilt area, regarded as the best part of Pernera, with open farmland on 2 sides and gorgeous sea views. It is less than 5 minutes walk to all the facilities of the village of Pernera and its high quality restaurants and tavernas. The Golden Coast Hotel ,with all of its 4 star facilities, and the beautiful new marina and new Cypriot church, surrounded by wonderful beaches, is about a 5-minute walk away from the villa. It is approximately 2 kilometres from Protaras, 4 kilometres from Paralimni, and 8 kilometres from Ayia Napa. Paralimni is the main town in the Famagusta region and has a wide range of high quality shopping and a lively town centre only 5 minutes away by car. There is a regular bus service from Paralimni to Ayia Napa with a stop only minutes away from the villa Key local activities include sailing,swimming,diving, para-gliding and tennis.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposit (non-returnable) of 20% of rental value with order to secure booking. Balance of rental value due 8 weeks before start of occupancy. There is a £100 per week damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or contents then this will be returned immediately upon completion of rental period. If any damages do occur then these will be assessed by my property agents and agreed with the renter and the value deducted from the damage deposit.

    Bookings will not be accepted for all male/all female parties and should this happen access to the property will be denied with no refund of any monies paid.
  • Bookings discounts : for 2 complete weeks 10% discount ; Repeat bookings additional 10%.

    LONG TERM RENTALS BY ARRANGEMENT WITH OWNER.
  • Our friendly and helpful villa manager,Pauline,will obtain a ' welcome pack ' containing, for example, tea,coffee,milk,juice,butter,eggs,bacon,cheese etc. should you require one payable in Euro's.

What a superb holiday had by all. The villa was like home from home, it had everything you could possibly need.

The owner was really helpful, he helped us with suggestions for fine restaurants and they were all spot on.

We hired a car for the 2 weeks as we were attending a wedding at the Grecian Park Hotel during our stay and we were able to visit other places too. It was always lovely to come back home to the villa, we got very attached.

Some of our family members who stayed at the Grecian Park Hotel came to visit, as we loved showing the villa off and they thought we had the best deal and would like to rent the villa next year.

The local people are very friendly and there is alot to see without transport as the beaches shops and restaurants are very close by.

The weather, well what can I say, very sunny the whole time and we all came home with a fantastic tan.

Would certainly want to go back.

Excellent Villa which is maintained to a high standard, extremely spacious for the 5 of us. The villa was close to the Local Restaurants/Shops and Beach which were all within walking distance. On arrival we found the local information in the Villa very useful for planning trips & where to eat out. Its a 10 minute Car journey into Agia Napa where the Water Park can be found & also nice beaches which were good for snorkeling. If you want to stay in The BBQ & Hot Tub at the villa are extremely inviting on a hot summer evening. All in all we had a really nice stay and are hoping to go back again soon.
