Villa Rheia is situated in a quite cul-de-sac development of just eight villas. Furnished in a contemporary style, the villa offers our guests comfortable and luxurious surroundings. The open plan lounge and dining area provides seating for six. T.V. Stereo, DVD & films, and playstation with games are provided for your use. The kitchen, with Granite worksurfaces is fully equipped with Water cooler, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Halogen Hob, Microwave, Large fridge freezer and Fan oven, in fact everything you will need during your stay. All Bedrooms have large wardrobes with ample storage, beds are furnished with quality orthopaedic mattresses for your comfort, linen and bathroom towels are provided (not beach towels) and changed weekly. Full air conditioning/heating is included in the rental cost. Outside there are sun loungers, large table and chairs, BBQ and lighting for alfresco dining. The 8 X 4m Illuminated Pool is kept sparkling with regular maintenance from Andreas our pool man

Villa Rheia is situated in the resort of Pernera between the larger towns of Protaras and Paralimni. Set 100m back from the coast, outstanding uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed from the large terraces. A 100m stroll will take you to the sandy beach of Marlita Bay. 10 minutes walk along the coastal path is the famous Fig Tree Bay with its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear waters. Watersports galore here. The villa is within a five minute walk of local shops, restaurants and bars, 15-20min walk will take you to the heart of Protaras, a more lively area with numerous bars, restaurants, large hotels and nightspots. Head for Paralimni (10min drive), for shopping and large supermarkets. Cape Greko, an area of outstanding natural beauty (don't forget your camera), can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 5 minutes further on is the town of Ayia Napa with it's pretty marina, fabulous beaches, many restaurants, bars and buzzing nightclubs for those wishing to dance the night away!

Notes: The rear terrace directly overlooks the coast and is a perfect place to relax whilst watching the activity on the water. From the early morning fishing boats bringing in their catch to the evening sunsets. The Villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twins. There is a ground floor shower room with W.C. which is adjacent to a twin bedroom, and a first floor bathroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower. We kindly ask that smoking be restricted to outdoors only.

Swimming Pool.: Take a cooling dip in the 8m X 4m swimming pool. Regularly maintained and kept sparkling by Andreas. There is an outdoor shower for use before swimming and plenty of comfortable sunbeds for working on that tan!

Payment terms.: The villa will be available to you after 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the property by 11am on departure day to allow for cleaning. A 25% (non-refundable) deposit will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required with the balance payment, this will be refunded to you less any damage costs on your return.

Our Manager: Our Manager will visit you within 24 hours of your arrival to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Her contact details will be available to you should you have any queries or problems throughout your holiday. A basic welcome pack will be provided (Tea coffee milk sugar bread butter water) Any additional items can be provided on request and at extra charge. ------We are pleased to inform you that currently there are no building works being carried out within close proximity to Villa Rheia.

Villa was lovely, local amenities good. Walked along beach into Protaras for lunch on several days. All in all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, expect us to visit again. - Eddie. ....Fantastic location, Villa lovely, no problems at all, Management very helpful - Mark..... It's so cold here!! I want to go back to Cyprus. We had a fantastic time. The villa was absolutely perfect. It really was home from home. Pernera was the ideal location for us- Hilary

Family holiday May / June 2009

I would recommend the villa to everybody, it is superb, in a quiet cul de sac, very clean, and the pool was the envy of other holidaymakers across the road. There were five adults in the villa but it never felt crowded as there is plenty of room, and as there is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs it suited my wife, who has restricted mobility, perfectly. Everything you could want is supplied, plenty of kitchen equipment but as the villa is in very easy reach of bars and restaurants not much if it was used. There is plenty to do in Peneirira, the seafront is within 5 minutes walk, but it is very easy to get to busier parts as there is a flat seafront walk linking Peneira with the busier beach and town of Protaras, with stacks of boat trips and watersports available. Overall, an excellent place to stay, I can't praise it highly enough.

The villa was beautifull. Far excelling the photos. The location was very peacefull although only a few mins from beach and restaurants.The views from the villa were to die for. An excellent villa to chill out and relax, it had everything you could possibly need all in pristine condition. I would thoroughly recommend to friends and cann't wait to go back again. Felt as though we were leaving home when we left.

Lovely villa, visted for one week in May 2009. Just as described. The villa was really well located. The cul-de-sac was quite, but just a few minutes walk were a few restaurants and supermarkets. But only a 15 minutes walk is the centre of Protaras. And what a lovely walk it was. They have recently finished the coastal walk into Protaras, which is great if you have a buggy to push like me and is safe for children as there are no busy roads about. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay, Including an Iron, lots of kitchen equipment etc if you fancied eating in. I haven't got a bad word to say. I would highly recommend. And as for communication between myself and the owner, it was very good. I was provided with everything I needed. And any questions asked where answered promptly.
