A very comfortable 4-bedroom property with sea views at the end of a row of villas, with a lawn area and heated pool (Ideal for winter use). The ground floor is open plan with living / dining area (with large dinning table) and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven hob, water cooler / washing machine and everything you need during your stay. The living area has a leather suite, CD player, Sat TV. Separate WC. The first floor has two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room and sat tv) There are two twin bedrooms (one with sat TV). There is also a bathroom with, Shower / Bath & WC. Outside there is a BBQ / Patio table & chairs / sunbeds & lawn area with outside shower. There is a large patio area which leads to the 8 x 4 swimming pool (which can be heated in the winter at an extra charge). All linen and towels are supplied during you stay. The quite resort of Pernera is around a ten-minute walk with Protaras a 5 min drive.

Car Rental: We can put you in contact with a reliable local hire car company who can supply modern vehicles at competitive rates. We can also arrange pick up to and from Larnaca Airport by the car hire firm. Please contact us for quotes.

Pool Heating: If you wish for the pool to be heated there will be an additional cost of 180.00 Euros per week.

Everything you could want is in this villa,Lovely views, it was very clean and obviously well looked after, being on the end of a row means you get a lovely breeze in the afternoons, which in 35 degrees+ is very welcome. Good sized pool that was cleaned regularly with ample supply of towels for use at the villa, and lovely gardens,You really do need a car to get anywhere unless you like walking, but very central. We have already booked this villa for next year as is has a lovely feel about it. Very highly recommended
