Tucked away in a wonderfully secluded location, it is difficult to believe that this high quality villa is less than 2 kilometers to the main strip of the bustling resort of Protaras. This 4 bedroom villa is set in sizeable grounds and enjoys complete privacy in a tranquil setting. The spacious ground floor includes a comfortably furnished living area and well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six. A games room with pool table is located on the ground floor along with a shower room and separate guest cloakroom. Located on the first floor is the master double bedroom with ensuite shower room (body jet massage shower) a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a single bedroom with en-suite shower room. Adjacent to the master bedroom and accessed via the balcony is a loft room with sloped wooden ceiling, this room is furnished with two small single beds and a single sofa bed. Large private swimming pool.

The centre of Protaras with its wide selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars is less than 2 kilometres away and the lively resort of Ayia Napa is within a 7 minute drive. The villa is within easy reach of several of the east coasts' sandy beaches and the beautiful stretch of beach at Konnos Bay is approximately 3 kilometres away. Protaras is the main tourist area and extends along this spectacular coastline, taking in the famous Fig Tree Bay, and numerous other beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. The centre of Protaras plays host to a wide selection of restaurants and shops, ideal for families. The town of Paralimni is also a short drive, and offers a combination of traditional tavernas, and modern shops and cafes, radiating from the pretty Town Square.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
