This beautiful, modern villa is exquisitely furnished and well equipped. The air-conditioned lounge/dining room has patio doors which open directly onto the pool terrace. The large dining table has 8 upholstered chairs, and the adjacent kitchen area has a granite breakfast bar with stools and is fully equipped. The first double bedroom is on the ground floor, with parquet flooring and patio doors to the rear terrace. Adjacent shower room. The marble staircase leads to two further double bedrooms, both with tasteful furniture, parquet flooring and balconies. Full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The large upper terrace is furnished with table and chairs and has steps leading down to the pool terrace. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a good sized sunbathing terrace dotted with terracotta pots with palms, furnished with 6 sun beds & a large table and chairs. To the rear is a barbeque area and small garden with fruit trees & to the front is a lawn with palm trees.

The East coast of Cyprus is famous for its idyllic white sand beaches and sparkling blue clear waters - the perfect place to spend a holiday. The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the centre of Protaras, just 300 metres from a sandy beach offering water sports and boat trips. A wide assortment of bars, restaurants and tavernas can be found within a short stroll, as can shops and supermarkets. The famous Fig Tree Bay is only 5 minutes by car, or can be reached on foot using the new coastal footpath. The centre of Ayia Napa is approximately 8 minutes drive and here you will find more superb beaches as well as its famous nightlife.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or by credit/debit card. Please note that all payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

A wonderful villa in a good location, a short walk away from all amenities. The nearby beach is not great but you are only a short walk away from Protaras Beach which is lovely. The villa had everything you could wish for and was very clean. We holidayed with our five year old and one year old, the only down side for us was that the pool was too deep for the two of them to play in and wasn't fenced in, however we were well aware before we went that this would be the case. We just had to be extra vigilant!
In summary, an excellent villa in a good location, we had a brilliant time.

Our 2008 Cyprus experience.

The villa was great plenty of room inside & out.The pool was also great cleaned nearly every day.The people booked the villa with were very helpful & answered all my questions promply. The area is pretty quiet,a little noise in the evening from a local hotel (music) but nothing to worry about. Lots of local beaches & coves well within walking distance, free sunbeds on the green near the local beach. All local hotel amenities are avaliable free (pools sunbeds etc) 5mins walk. Plenty of local bars, resturants & entertainment.
If you like it busy & lively protaras is 15-20 mins walk, with a great bar/resturant on the way.
Jet bikes, boat rides etc.approx.200 yards away.
Small supermarkets are everywhere but if you intend to stock up on food use one of the big ones(not within walking distance).
I would certainly recomend this villa.
