Brand new detached modern villa with communal pool, the pool is conveniently situated right next to the side patio area. It has front, side and rear patio areas with outside shower and barbecue. It has a large open plan kitchen and lounge diner furnished to a high standard with a modern neutral decor. It has an oven and hob, washing machine, TV, stereo plus large fridge freeze and large sofa bed, there is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a lovely double bedroom with balcony and sea views with large wardrobes, there is also a twin room with two single beds large wardrobes and mountain views. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with bath and shower.

The villa is situated in a great yet peaceful location in between the beaches of Ayia triada and Pernera which are approx 15 minutes walk either way. There are numerous smaller bays in between these with the nearest being only 200m away, the main resort of Protaras with the famous and beautiful fig tree bay and the many bars and tavernas is approx 5min drive as is the cosmopolitan town of Paralimni with its wonderful array of shops ,bars and tavernas and its lovely central church area.Ayia Napa with its great beaches and one of Europes largest water parks is approx 15 min drive. There is a regular bus service to all these destinations just 100m away. There is also a lovely tranquil hotel complex, local taverna and super market 200 metres so everything is easily accessible.

We will require a deposit of 25%(non refundable) at the time of booking, and £100 for breakages(refundable) to be paid along with the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. We regret that we will not accept bookings for all male or female groups but our villa caters for families and couples only. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a booking has been made and not disclosed. Our on site manager will also be on hand should you have any problems or require any help during your stay.
