Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates include air-conditioning. By booking directly with the owner you get the best prices .No commission or agency fees means luxury at affordable prices? Our villa is aimed at giving families a luxury holiday at an affordable price.
  Prices include Welcome Pack consisting of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Water, Bread, Butter, Fruit Juice and Preserves. One week after your arrival date our manager will collect all used bedding and towels and take them to the laundry. Bookings secured on a £25 per person basis.
  
• Air Conditioning/Heating units are installed in all rooms. To avoid incurring extra expenses it is essential that the air conditioning units are only put into operation while you are in the property with all the doors and windows firmly closed. N.B. IT takes less than 3 minutes to reduce the heat in a room to a comfortable temperature once the unit has been switched on. To avoid respiratory and chest problems we recommend a temperature no less than 25 degrees

Breakages

we do not take security deposits. However accidents can happen and the customer will be held responsible for any breakages or damage to the property. All incidents must be reported to our manager and compensation made. Under no circumstances must any property for use inside the villa be moved outside.

Swimming pool

Please be aware that the surface around the swimming pool is slippery when wet. Do not allow children to run in this area. It is absolutely vital that only the plastic glasses provided are used outdoors. Should any glass get into the pool it would have to be drained and cleaned, a project which would take a couple of days and would disrupt your holiday.
