Privately owned spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa, sleeps up to 6 people and is situated on the east coast of Cyprus on the outskirts of Ayia Napa at Ayia Thekla. The villa is approximately 200 metres from the beach and has fantastic sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a large 8m by 4m pool, with a fully equipped patio comprising of six sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and barbeque area, there is also parking for two cars. The Accommodation is furnished to a high standard and consists of a spacious lounge with a 3 seated and 2 seated and 1 armchair, Satellite TV, DVD, CD stereo, there is also a good selection of games and films. There is a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine). Also on the ground floor is a WC / shower, and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

We stayed at this villa with another family of four so eight in total. Plenty of room and chairs/sunbeds for all. Option to eat in or outside.

Good location for protaras and ayai napa if you have a car. Pool is a good size and the villa is fully air conned.villa is on a development but well positioned to maintain privacy.

Could do with a dishwsher(fancy having to wash up by hand on your holiday!!!) And better outside lighting but other than that we found it clean and well equipped throughout.

The owner was first class and even told us about the water problem before we went to allow us to make an informed decision - could not have asked for anything more.

I would recommend for larger families or two families of four.

Car essential

Larnaca airport took us no more than an hour.

Local shops / supermarket within a couple of mins - beach within ten minutes.

Would return again and im fussy !!!
