Furnished to the highest standard, the villas are within easy walking distance of the excellent resort of Pernera with its superb range of excellent restaurants and bars and superb beaches. All villas come inclusive of air conditioning in all rooms at no extra charge to the customer. There are 4 other villas on this complex that we manage so we are able to offer fantastic alternatives if your chosen villa is booked. Pernera resort is renowned for its superb restaurants, bars and lovely beaches and coves. Pernera also boasts its own small water park right in the resort. Superb boat trips, tours and excursions are available throughout the resort.

Villa Pamela is a superb detached villa in the resort of Pernera. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and can easily accommodate a family of 8. It also has an enviable location situated only some 150 meters from the sea and within 50 meters of the resort centre. Villa Pamela is situated in a cul de sac in a small estate of 14 similar villas. Relax in your own private swimming pool, patio furniture and sunbeds are also provided. There is a barbecue area for those wanting to cook and dine alfresco. The lounge area has two sofas, satellite television and DVD. There are patio doors for access to the front of the Villa. The dining area is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. Fantastic Holiday!

We recently had a wonderful 2 week holiday in one of these villas. The villa was in a perfect location only minutes away from the centre of pernera where there is an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. The complex was small and quiet, perfect for a family holiday.
The villa itself had everything we needed, it was very clean, bright and spacious. Phil, the property manager could not have been more helpful, ensuring we had a cot, high chair and even sterilising unit for the baby. He was on hand to recommend places to go throughout our stay, as well as taking us to the supermarket. He really could not do enough to ensure a perfect holiday.
Pernera itself is quieter than neighbouring Protaras but you could easily spend 2 weeks here. There are lovely restaurants including Il Cavilere where the staff where fantastic. The Indian on the road to Protaras was also lovely.
I would highly recommend booking any of these villa, they are certainly value for money.

We recently booked three of these villas as part of a wedding party and all of us were very pleased with the accommodation. The villas are clean and well furnished. The boys enjoyed the pool a great deal and BBQ provided was put to great use. It is a 5 min stroll to the beach and even less than that to nearest shops, bars and restaurants. The villas are set just far away enough from any noise from the nightlife. The couple who manage the villas are extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable and gave extra information we needed for our wedding which our wedding co-ordinators didnt. Would use these villas again

Sea View? 50mtres from beach?

We rented this villa for a month beginning 16th April 2008. Upon arrival we found no sea views in fact no views at all other than the villa across road and construction work behind. The sea was a good 15minute walk away and not 50mtres as stated in brochure. Satellite T.V. not working on arrival and only one bathroom and one downstairs cloakroom not two bathrooms as stated in brochure. We stayed four days then asked to be moved to a villa which did have sea views ,two bathrooms and within 50mtres of the sea.However we had to pay another £200 to be transferred. When we booked the villa in 2007 our grandchildren were to accompany us on our trip. Due to a change in circumstances they didnt. I am so glad this was the case as it would have been totally unsuitable had they done so.
Owner's Response: With reference to the above review, we would like to respond in our defence. First of all the client was offerd this villa at a greatly reduced rate and was well aware of the location having visited many times in the past. When he made us aware of his unhappiness we immediately looked for a villa that met his absolute stringent requirements. we found a villa which was much more expensive and asked the client to pay a token amount for the three and a half weeks left of their holiday. Many people have stayed at this and other villas on this complex and have been absolutely delighted at the quality of the properties and the location in respect of the resort . We are dissappointed the client was unhappy especially as it is the first negative review we have had on any of our properties, we will amend details in our ad in accordance with his comments even though some were not correct.
