Luxury 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool, unrestricted 200 mtr view to sea, ideal for a tranquil & relaxing holiday. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, just 2 minutes walk to a sandy cove, with a variety of beaches, including well known Fireman's Bay, just a few minutes walk. Several traditional Cypriot tavernas & good class restaurants all within 10 minutes stroll. Well-stocked mini mart 200 mtrs. The villa is open plan downstairs with lounge area furnished with luxurious three seater sofas and satellite TV. Dining area with table & seating for six. Shower-room with basin & toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. Upstairs comprises master bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms, a family bathroom and a fully tiled shower-room. Outside is a private 8m x 4m pool with patio furniture, sun loungers & barbeque. The villa is air conditioned throughout plus an open fireplace for any cooler winter evenings

Kapparis is aptly described in their own directory as up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque and is near to the town of Paralimni which has a large variety of shops, restaurants & bars, even a small Marks & Spencer. In addition to the many uncrowded coves and beaches there is the magnificent EU Blue Flag beach of Fig Tree Bay at nearby Protaras and a water park at Ayia Napa. Although a car is by no means essential, it may help your enjoyment in exploring the many sights and beaches in the area. There are lovely coastal walks and further afield is Cape Greco with its National Park, an area of outstanding beauty. Taxis are inexpensive and just a 5 minute ride to Protaras or 10 minutes to the larger resort of Ayia Napa with its numerous restaurants and night clubs. Unlike the busier resorts, Kapparis and nearby Paralimni remain open throughout the year as they are also residential areas.

    20% deposit is required to secure booking with balance payable 6 weeks before departure.
    The villa is suitable for couples and families. Bookings cannot be taken for all male or female groups.
    A £200 security deposit is required which will be refunded on your return less any deductions for damage.
  • The rates include WELCOME PACK and use of AIR CONDITIONING which can also deliver warm air during cooler winter periods. AIR CONDITIONING should be turned off when the villa is unoccupied to avoid extra charges being incurred. The units are very effective and can reduce the temperature to the required level within minutes.

Delightful villa

I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa. I travelled with my adult daughter and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the villa to be very clean, well equipped and very spacious. The luxury of having a private pool, large enough for my keep-fit mad daughter to exercise in, was a bonus, often private pools aren`t big enough to swim in properly!
The owner, Paul, was very nice and accommodating: we had a late night flight both on arrival and our return and he did not hesitate to allow us to stay in the villa after the required vacating time.(obviously this was subject to the arrival date of the next tenant).
Paul has a very good, reliable Guy in cyprus who was very helpful and efficient and attended quickly to any of our needs, so at no time did we feel isolated.
The location of the Villa is excellent, we walked everywhere even though we hired a car: it was nice walking to the local restaurants, enjoying a lovely meal and a bottle of wine and not have to worry about driving or hiring a taxi!!
Once again i can`t praise Paul and his Villa enough and most certainly plan to repeat the trip next year.
