A modern villa, carefully furnished in contemporary and elegant style, incorporating modern materials such as leather, glass and chrome which combine to give the villa a modern and refined feel. The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and the adjacent dining area features a frosted glass-topped dining table with 6 high backed leather chairs. A coffee table in the same style is placed in the living area along with comfortable deep burgundy leather sofas and an armchair. Patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace. A separate cloakroom is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room has a private balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom both sharing a balcony. A separate full family bathroom is located on this level. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a large, furnished sunbathing terrace.

  • Prices are fully inclusive of air-conditioning (in the bedrooms), welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
