Tastefully furnished, stylishly equipped and elegantly decorated, this property has a distinctly modern and luxurious feel. The spacious lounge is furnished with black leather sofas complimented with cushions and throws in bold splashes of orange. Entertainment is provided by the 42' plasma satellite TV and DVD player. In addition, the first floor landing area has a 32” LCD screen with PlayStation 2. The modern dining area is separated from the fully equipped, high quality kitchen by a breakfast bar. A double bedroom with ensuite shower room is located on the ground floor along with a separate cloakroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, and the remaining double bedroom and a twin bedded room have use of the full family bathroom. Outside, the swimming pool has walk-in steps for easy access, and sunbeds and umbrellas are provided on the surrounding patio. A built-in BBQ and sink, and shaded terrace provide the perfect opportunity for al-fresco dining.

The increasingly popular Kapparis area of Protaras stretches from the neighbouring town of Paralimni down towards the coast. With a shoreline of brilliant blue sea, small sheltered sandy bays and rugged cliffs the best beach in the area is Firemans Bay, a golden sand cove so named because local firefighters can occasionally be seen training there in the early morning! This beautiful sandy beach is a mere 200 metres from the villa, and the centre of Kapparis village where you will find a well stocked supermarket and a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars offering a good variety of low key entertainment is just a few minutes walk. 5 kilometres along the coast is the centre of the resort of Protaras offering a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family. The popular resort of Ayia Napa is approximately 15 minutes by car.

  • Prices are fully inclusive of air-conditioning, welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
