This fully air conditioned luxury Villa is superbly located close to the resort centre and local beaches whilst enjoying a quiet cul-de-sac location. Spacious accommodation includes 3 large bedrooms with en-suite to master, family bathroom, open plan lounge, downstairs W/C with wash basin and dinning area. Al-fresco dining area, private pool 7x4m, ample sun beds, pagoda and BBQ.

Villa Serena is superbly located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Pernera area of Protaras just a few minutes walk from restaurants, family water park, shops, bars and beaches, due to it's central location car hire is not essential. All the beaches in this area have shallow waters and are safe for children. The main 'strip' or tourist centre in Protaras is a ten minute walk away, where you will find a multitude of shops and restaurants serving a varied range of cuisine, here you will also find the famous Fig Tree Bay. Adjacent to Protaras is the beautiful Cape Ghreko national park coastline with its panoramic views and sea caves. A few miles further along the coast is the picturesque resort of Ayia Napa, home to Europe's biggest water park, Nissi beach and lively night life. Villa Serena is an ideal location from which to explore Troudos Mountains, Nicosia, Larnaca, Limmasol or even the Egyptian pyramids!

What's Included?
On your arrival you will find a complimentary welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fruit juice, bread butter preserves, beer and wine. On day two our property manager will 'Meet and Greet' your party to ensure you have settled in OK and answer any questions you may have. He will also provide you with a 24 hour help line and advise when you can expect the house keeper to change beds, towels and clean throughout. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach towels, cot and high chair are all available. A good selection of books, DVD's,CDs and a play station2 are provided. Flight contacts, airport transfers in resort, taxi's and car hire can all be arranged. Villa Serena is fully air conditioned throughout and this is included in your rental rate.
What's out and about?
Nearby activities include a wide range of water sports, paragliding, flying fish ride, power boat hire and water ski-ing. There are several PADI dive schools and excellent snorkeling sites nearby. Further afield you can visit the Troudos mountains (skiing available in winter months!), take a boat trip around the sea caves at Cape Ghreko or even visit the Turkish occupied Northern Territory. Quiet motorways link you to Larnaca, Limmasol, Nicosia, Paphos and Latchi. The furthest is a comfortable 3 hour drive whilst Limmasol and Nicosia are one and a half hours away. Numerous excursions are available from local tour operators to lace making villages, winery's, Ayia Napa Water Park (my favorite), historical sites and many more!
