What's Included?: On your arrival you will find a complimentary welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fruit juice, bread butter preserves, beer and wine. On day two our property manager will 'Meet and Greet' your party to ensure you have settled in OK and answer any questions you may have. He will also provide you with a 24 hour help line and advise when you can expect the house keeper to change beds, towels and clean throughout. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach towels, cot and high chair are all available. A good selection of books, DVD's,CDs and a play station2 are provided. Flight contacts, airport transfers in resort, taxi's and car hire can all be arranged. Villa Serena is fully air conditioned throughout and this is included in your rental rate.

What's out and about?: Nearby activities include a wide range of water sports, paragliding, flying fish ride, power boat hire and water ski-ing. There are several PADI dive schools and excellent snorkeling sites nearby. Further afield you can visit the Troudos mountains (skiing available in winter months!), take a boat trip around the sea caves at Cape Ghreko or even visit the Turkish occupied Northern Territory. Quiet motorways link you to Larnaca, Limmasol, Nicosia, Paphos and Latchi. The furthest is a comfortable 3 hour drive whilst Limmasol and Nicosia are one and a half hours away. Numerous excursions are available from local tour operators to lace making villages, winery's, Ayia Napa Water Park (my favorite), historical sites and many more!
