Stunning inside and out,this property is seconds from the sea with stunning Mediterranean sea views, quiet location but walking distance to Protaras. Three double bedrooms with en-suite and 1 single bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The villa also has satellite television, surround sound and large outdoor pool. Nina villa has a holiday atmosphere of its own, with a relaxing interior design, bedrooms with Mediterranean Sea views there is nothing stopping a romantic night watching the sun go down beside the pool with a glass of wine and the BBQ simmering in the background. All the while, the children have satellite television and the large pool to entertain themselves leaving you to soak up the 'relaxation'. Enjoying the fact that this villa is so close to the 'Famous Golden Coast' of the Pernera resort that you can walk there within a few minutes and the town is even closer you will not have to drive at all.

Cyprus is home to 'Aphrodite' the goddess of love and the island has an atmosphere of romance and passion for life. With a laid back pace to life and the sun, sea and sand the country has a mixture of everything to keep you amused... everything from water parks, amazing churches set beside the sea with individual stories. There is plenty to see in the towns and plenty of shopping available. The villages offer tiny taverns with traditional food and local music and dancing and the tourist resort has local bars offering a variety of entertainment, restaurants with international cuisines, night clubs and cafes. Protaras is full of life, with a full street full of over 300 establishments of bars, restaurants and shops. Along the way there are water fountains, in the summer you will see the traditional Greek dancing and music which is all free. However, it is most famous for its beaches, which stretch over 10miles.

Wonderful property we have stayed twice last year, fantastic location, only minutes from the beach and with four bathrooms there is nothing else that we can ask and definitely we will book and for next year!!!
