Large lounge area plus dining, plasma TV plus DVD CD etc. Landing hosting chandeliers overlooking dining area, with beautiful sea view. Luxury, modern fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances plus utility which accommodates washing area. Outside is a large patio area incorporating a beautiful large private pool, balcony area with patio furniture & BBQ gateway to grass area which leads down to water park. Cul de sac position on very popular private development. Parking for several vehicles. Very private, surrounded by similar properties. 5 mins walk from resort centre of Protatras & also 5 mins into centre of Panera. Paralimni & local supermarkets 10 min drive away.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Car: not necessary
The Villa is situated on a luxury private development off the main road which runs into Protaras resort centre. Panera Bay is approx 5/10 mins walk below the development. Paralimni Town is approx 5/10 mins drive away. Kaparice is 5 mins drive away. Once leaving the development and turning left, the resort centre begins, there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops lining the way until you arrive 5 mins later into the main strip. Here you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Below in Panera, the resort is slightly quieter and hosts 2 of our favourite restaurants. Fig Tree bay is approx 5 mins drive away but can also be reached along the beautiful coastal route. There are local supermarkets, hire shops etc within a five minute radius of the villa.
