This large brand new spacious Villa is part of a small exclusive development set in sizable grounds enjoying privacy in a tranquil setting, with views to the sea and Saint Elias Church. Furnished to a high standard with air conditioning throughout, the Villa offers a spacious open plan lounge with seating for 8, TV / DVD and stereo system. The kitchen has granite worktops, breakfast bar and is fully equipped with hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet & shower. Three further double bedrooms are located on the first floor each with a balcony and their own en-suite toilet & shower. One bedroom has twin beds while the others have double beds. The large private pool and sun terrace has ample sun beds, patio furniture, pool shower and BBQ. The extensive garden is fully landscaped, and together with the illuminated pool and terrace provides an ideal setting for alfresco dinning

The Villa is brand new and was completed at the end of May 2007 with bookings being taken from June. It is situated in a quite residential area in Protaras and is just a 10 minute stroll from the main area of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The local supermarket is just down the road and the magnificent Fig Tree Bay is only a further 5 minute walk away, this makes it ideal for a family to have everything on hand without the need for a car. Fig Tree Bay is considered to be one of the island’s premier beaches with its fine golden sand and deep blue sea. The safe, shallow, crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming and all types of water sport. Protaras is a fun loving resort with many fine restaurants, local fish tavernas and bars. Protaras is linked to Ayia Napa and Paralimni by an efficient bus service and is only 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport.

  • The Villa has 4 double bedrooms all of them have their own en-suite toilet and shower. All four bedrooms have remote control air conditioning as well as the living / dining areas. Air conditioning is included in the price. Each bedroom has a dressing table, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are on the first floor and each enjoy a balcony and sea view. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor making it ideal for people who would find stairs difficult. A separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. All pillows, linen, blankets and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels for use around the swimming pool and sun terrace.

Notes: We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties, the Villa is for family accommodation. Special Offers are available for a group of 6 people out of season. Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa however ashtrays are provided for use on the Sun Terrace. Pets are not allowed. The ground floor bedroom together with the large open plan lounge with its 3 main patio doors leading to the terrace make it ideal for the elderly or infirm and provides some wheelchair access.

The Service and Support: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided so that you can have a cuppa or a glass of wine upon your arrival and have basic provisions the following morning before visiting the local supermarket. Our Manager will visit you the next day to ensure that you are settled in and answer any questions you may have. There is an information folder in the Villa which contains details of all the Villa facilities, a contact number for our Manager, details of local doctors and dentists, information on the local area with shops, restaurants, etc. Each week the Villa is cleaned with a change of linen and towels. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own for use around the pool and on the beach. Cots and high chairs are available for hire during your stay. The garden and swimming pool will be fully maintained throughout your stay.

Local Activities: With the magnificent Fig Tree Bay on your door step there are numerous coves, beaches and harbours to explore with a vast range of water sports available on the nearby beach. The crystal clear waters make it ideal for snorkeling and diving, with a qualified diving school nearby should you want to try it. There are also plenty of boat and sea fishing trips to choose from. The area is very flat so it is ideal for cycling and walking along the coastal path. You will enjoy the view of Saint Elias Church from the villa which is worth a visit and when lit up at night is beautiful. The Karpaia Mountains peninsula and the town of Famagusta are also on your horizon. You can visit the town of Famagusta in Northern Cyprus with its ancient architecture, history and different culture. A short drive away is Cape Grecko which is a national park and an area of outstanding beauty, with its natural bays and sea caves. The Troudos Mountains are well worth a visit with skiing in the winter months.

What a wonderful time we had at Villa Elizabeth and what a fantastic property it is. After viewing it on the website and thinking it looked great, imagine how thrilled we were to find that it was even better and more spacious. The location and gardens are outstanding, and the peace and quiet was just what we needed.

We had a wonderfully quiet and very sunny holiday.

The local english couple looking after the Villa were very pleasant and helpful.

We will be booking again next year. Can't wait.

The Villa was beautiful and better than described with lots of space for 8 people, it was spotless and the furniture was clean and tidy. The Villa had everything that we could possibly want and the local couple managing the villa were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

We could not find anything bad to say as the villa was gorgeous and spacious, it was close enough to all amenities but not too close, The beaches were brilliant the people were friendly and the weather gorgeous, everything that made our holiday great!!!

Villa was even better than it looks like on the website..was in excellent condition and very clean. the pool was fantastic. gardens were lovelly.
great location with only 10 mins walk down to the strip where there were tons of bars and restaurants to choose from.
We all had a fab holiday and would definately recommend this villa and will be looking to book again for another holiday.

The Villa was much more than we expected and was absolutey pristine on our arrival. The Villa had everything we needed and we had a fantastic chill out holiday. I would recommend this Villa to other people.

Our holiday was amazing, from the moment we stepped into the villa we knew it was going to be a good holiday. Everything was to hand and easy to find and the villa is furnished to a very high standard. It really does take your breath away. The location is ideal, within easy reach of the bars and restaurants yet far enough to not hear them at bedtime! Also it is perfectly located for the beach, Fig tree bay is great. Overall the whole group were totally satisfied with every part of our holiday and your villa made our holiday. The kids enjoyed the pool.
