The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with two sofa beds which accommodates a further sleeping area for 2/3 persons. The rear of villa property consists of a large veranda area and boasts a superb purpose built barbecue - it is here where one can enjoy firing up a 'fresh fish barbecue' and enjoy a nice cold beer or two!(or glass of champagne with strawberries!)whilst sunning themselves on the sun-loungers! - red snapper, white bait, kalamari and lobster are just a few of many fresh seafood’s fished daily by local fishermen and are easily obtainable from the many local shops! And when it gets a little too hot, you can retire inside the air-conditioned villa for a siesta or take a dip in the communal swimming pool! The choice is yours!

We had a fantastic holiday staying at the Diamantina Villa. The villa itself was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. We were welcomed at the communal pool and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Harry was extremely helpful and he made our holiday stress free! Although it says a car is not necessary, we found it helpful to have one to allow us to visit the superb Fig Tree Bay beach in Protaras and explore the rest of such a lovely island. We enjoyed several meals at a restaurant called Erato in Protaras which we would highly recommend, but next time we wouldn't hesitate to use the facilties at the villa as it is fully equipped. I would definately recommend this Villa to friends and family.
