1 Bedroom studio attic flat, sleeps 4, walking distance to Old Town

This cozy, spacious, romantic 5th floor (with elevator) studio apartment is newly renovated and has 3 windows overlooking a quiet, tree filled courtyard with a view to Namesti Miru church tower. The flat is fully furnished with a large double bed, dining area, living room with fold out couch, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. The kitchen is also fully equipped with microwave, grill, dishwasher, stove and fridge. The bathroom is spacious with a stand-up shower and a washing machine.

The apartment is located on Italska street, which is just 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square, the National opera house and National museum. Only 10min to Old Town square. There are many good restaurants, bars, clubs and parks in the area, which is considered to be one of the safest districts in Prague. The apartment is best suited for a couple although 4 can sleep there comfortably as well.

Very satisfied travelers

This cozy and very quiet apartment is exactly as described. Because of the courtyard we could not hear any street noise at all. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The location of the apartment is excellent. It was easy to visit all the attractions by foot and next to metro for the end of the day. There were a lot of good restaurants nearby.
Lucie was very helpful and her response to emails was very quick.

We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We loved our time here

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights, and loved it. The apartment is actually really nice, spacious, modern amenities, and comfortable. The building is easy to find, and walking distance to everything. We were traveling throughout 4 cities in Europe, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed, and Prague in general was the most fun we had our whole trip. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great City-Trip

We had a wonderful week in Prague, even if the weather wasn´t so good. The apartment was very quiet, bright, and furnished friendly.

For a city-trip the flat is the perfect starting point. Many places of interest are to be reached on foot. For longer excursions we took the tram or the metro whose station is only 250 metres away. In the neighborhood there are many different restaurants, bars and small food stores.

For the good organisation (offer, contract, arrival and departure) we would like to thank quite warmly Lucy. It has worked everything really good and we have felt well looked! Thank you very much!! With pleasure we recommend this flat....

Dear Lucie,
just would like to tell you how much we loved your place. I will recommend it to my friends in Berlin and hope to visit again next year.
We have been staying in many places across Europe this year and your's has been the best.The pictures on your website are true, which is not always happening. We did not feel like touris but rather like locals. The aprtment is very well appointed (the kitchen has everything if one feels like cooking, even a garlic press) and extremly clean. The proximity to every tourist site (Old and New Prague) makes this the perfect and economical place to stay when in Prague. It was fantastic to find all the tourist information material (especially Rick Steve's Prague) at the apartment, thank you for putting and or leaving it there.
We where grateful for the arranged airport pick up, the driver was polite and helpful.

Great holiday flat!

We stayed in a few holiday flats this summer and liked this one the best. Comfortably furnished and decorated, the flat is bright, fresh and clean with a lovely courtyard view. The location is convenient to downtown by metro, tram, and foot. There is a great little "potraviny" (food store) across the street. Arrangements were easy to make with the friendly owner and her helpful colleagues. We would happily stay there again!
