Cornwall’s rugged coastline can be explored from the coastal path, which winds and undulates around the entire 258 mile Cornish coast, and never ventures far from either beaches or the famous Cornwall public houses! St Michaels Mount is an island for around 20 hours a day, but during low tide you can walk across the causeway from near Penzance. Once on the island, there is plenty to see.
