In the centre of the Roman city of Chester this 2 bedroomed apartment is 5 minutes walk from the main railway station. The famous city walls, park and river are also within a 5 to 10 minutes walk. The apartment is well served by a host of restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. For shopping there is the main city which has both chain stores and independent shops, whilst the Cheshire Oaks Outlet can be reached within 20 minutes. Liverpool, Manchester and the Welsh coast can all be reached within a 45 minutes by car and these are also well served by public transport. Please note for stays of more than 2 weeks rates may be negotiated. From the 18th December to 5th January minimum stay is for 1week.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A welcome pack of essential groceries is included - tea, coffee, milk, water, bread, butter/margarine. A security deposit of £30 GBP is required for the underground car park. A refundable deposit of £50 GBP in the form of a certified cheque is also required against breakages (the cheque will not be cashed if no breakages occur). A deposit of 20% is required more than 6 weeks before arrival, less than 6 weeks a deposit of 50%. An outstanding amount should be paid in cash on arrival.
  • Earliest check in time is 11.00hr and latest 10.00hr where there is a changeover on that day. If there is no changeover these times may be negotiated.
  • A special midweek (4 consecutive nights) or weekend rate (3 consecutive nights) may be negotiated. A supplement of £30 is to be paid for changeovers during the christmas period.
