From the lounge a box bay window provides a truly stunning view towards the sea, Breakwater, Yachting Marina and parts of Torbay. The lounge/dining area is tastefully decorated with attractive furniture, and soft furnishings and has a colour TV/DVD and stereo. Modern fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge, le creuset saucepans, quality china and cutlery, filter coffee jug/teapot and details such as a corkscrew, garlic press, salt and pepper mill, herbs, luxury linen and candles for the dining table. One allocated parking space.

Entertainments include, Broadsands Beach, Goodrington Theme Park and Cayman short hole golf. Dartmouth and England's oldest town Totnes are a short drive away and both Paignton and Torquay are within easy reach. Brixham is famous for it's fresh fish and a short stroll from the apartment you will find a selection of fish restaurants. If you enjoy walking and nature Dartmoor Country Park can be accessed by coach or car and Paignton Zoo is on the main Paington to Brixham Road.

Great location, really enjoyed our week. Good selection of books and DVDs to entertain us on the odd rainy day! Amazing view from the window, in our opinion this is a 5 star apartment. We will be booking again. Linda and Alan from Birmingham
