Delightful Grade II listed three-storey property converted into two splendid apartments and situated in unspoilt and undiscovered Appledore where nearly all the village is a conservation area. Just outside the window the river Torr and Torridge meet and make their way to the Atlantic Ocean. Watch ferries pleasure craft and fishing boats pass by. Purchased by the owners three years ago the apartments have undergone a major scheme of refurbishment and have been finished to a very high standard. Appledore has seven pubs/restaurants, Post Office, convenience store, several art galleries and delicatessens. Ferry to Lundy Island from nearby Bideford. 'We are home and stepping off cloud nine. Your cottage was by far the highlight of our trip. We visited Ireland and Scotland but we could have stayed at Appledore for more time than we did. We think this is by far the best property we have stayed in Appledore and would definitely stay here in the future very high standard of furnishing

West Apartment is situated on the first and second floor. Views from this apartment are quite breathtaking. Basically comprising:- entrance hall with stairs to first floor, twin bedded room with superb sea views, dining kitchen with bay window enjoying splendid views, family bedroom with king size bed and single, bathroom with full suite and shower cubicle. Stairs up to top floor lounge with huge picture window giving uninterrupted views of the estuary, Braunton Burrows and out to sea.
