SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM GROUND FLOOR FLAT CLOSE TO BEACH. This is a beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom flat sleeping up to 6 people. Our flat is on the ground floor of a large detached house on a corner plot with a private entrance, private garden to two sides and off-street parking. Central heating, hot water, gas and electricity are included within the price. The flat comprises of the following:- Lounge which is well equipped with a widescreen television, DVD, hi-fi. The 3 seater sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. Separate dining room. Bedroom 1 - large double bedroom with bay window. Bedroom 2 - twin bedded bedroom. The kitchen has been equipped to a high standard including a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat is situated a short walk from the award winning, unspoiled sandy beaches at Boscombe and is also within very easy reach of Bournemouth town centre. A wonderful walk around Hengistbury Head which overlooks the beautiful Christchurch Harbour is nearby. The New Forest, Brownsea Island, Poole etc. are all easily accessible.
