A delightful property and a delightful host!

I stayed at this apartment whilst attending a family wedding nearby. As I only live about 35 miles away, this was a bit of an extravagance, but transport was difficult so I thought it would be a good idea - and it was!
Whilst the photographs show the apartment off well, I was surprised and delighted that it actually exceeded my expectations. Decoration throughout the apartment is neutral and warm and all areas have been finished to a very high standard - making it an attractive and welcoming place to stay.
I am difficult to please (so I'm told) and even I wasn't able to think of anything which hadn't been thought of. There is a good quality TV and stereo, wireless internet, a very well equiped kitchen, two lovely bathrooms (one with a bath and an en suite with a large shower cubicle), extra bedding if needed, a microwave, dishwasher, ... the list goes on.
In addition to the general amenities, there are the special touches which set this property above many others. A lovely welcome basket (with wine!), good quality soaps and shower gels - (hotel style in little bottles), candles, even fresh flowers! You can literally unwind from the moment you arrive. Not only have the practical things been considered, but the special things have too!
The booking process was quick, simple and totally painless and arranging to meet to collect the keys was similarly convenient. We were met by Lisa who showed us round the apartment and made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. A great start to our stay!
The location is very nice indeed, within a development which is small, well planned and above all quiet. The small local store could hardly be more convenient (less than 2 mins walk) and easy parking just outside too. Further afield there is the beautiful Hampshire countryside and some of the prettiest villages and hamlets you can imagine. Wickham is nearby and has all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay (good supermarket (Co-op), ample restaurants and take aways for all budgets, petrol station and so on). If you need serious shopping, Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth or Fareham town centre are both very convenient.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for stays of any duration. It would be absolutely perfect for a romantic weekend away!!! Private, quiet and wonderfully appointed. What a treat!
Don't wait - book now! I am already trying to think of my next excuse to book again!
