The apartment has been decorated and furnished with loving care as it is a home for the owners when they come to England. It is in a quiet road with resident parking and just 100 meters away from shops and a bus stop. Finsbury Park underground/train and bus station (Zone 2) is only a 10 minute walk. The living room has a Victorian fireplace and a large bay window overlooking a Gothic church. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. toaster, washing machine, food processor kettle etc. The spacious bathroom has a bath tub and shower. Steps lead from the entrance hall to the lower-level bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. This is an ideal rental property for one person or a couple who want to have an extended stay in London (no less than a month). The cost of living is more affordable than central London and the apartment itself is very homely.
