Best Located

Best of all, its location. To a mere 200 yards from Portobello, near many shops and pubs. Don't miss the week-days market at Portobello Rd. (a lovely place to buy your breakfast). Very well comunicated... not only by tube (Ladbroke Grove is about 150 yards)... there is a bus stop about 25 yards that will take you directly to Victoria Stn or to Oxford St or to many other places. Having said that, leaving a car in the zone is mission imposible.
There is a cleaning service weekdays, so the staying is almost like a hotel (though we tried to help ourselves as much as we could). The kitchen is a bit small but well equiped (it has even tumble-dryer). We only had a small glitch with the fridge but in the end we could get on with it. Any way, surely you're not to cook too much, are you?
Although it's true that 6 can sleep, 4 is more close to the real optimum.
I've been several times in London (actually lived there for a year) so I'm more or less acostumed to British peculiarities relating home style; specially carpeted rest-rooms (this time we found a tidy and clean one, not carpeted) and stairs.
On a hole, this has been the one that probably I've received the best price/quality. So, at the end of the day, I can say it was a pretty good staying. Probably it would have deserved a five rating if not were because of the minor details with the fridge.
