A fantastic rental alternative to luxury hotel living in Central London!
This modern property has a large reception ground floor with 24 hr concierge and video entry phones. Designed and built to a very high specification, with its residents lounges, private rooms and maintained residential gardens. There's secure free parking for one car per apartment . The apartment building is part of the prestigious 'Mosaic Centre' which has certain popular facilities. On site there 's an exclusive Italian restaurant plus a Deli Supermarket open from early morning till late evening. On fine days meals may be taken seated around the fountain. The apartment, located on the third floor, is easily access via an elevator. It is fully equipped with all the necessities for modern self-catering life. It has two generous bedrooms and two hi spec bathrooms. The owner has created a warm and inviting living space, ideal for a relaxing comfortable stay in London Town. Underground is across the street as is also Gordon Ramsay's, 'The Narrow' for excellent food, pre booking essential!

Located in the most historical part of Central London, west of Canary Wharf in the popular Mosaic Centre, just two mins walk from Limehouse Rail Station, only two stops from Canary Wharf eastwards or west-wards to Tower Bridge. Nearby there's Limehouse Basin full of yachts and cruisers and across the street is the river Thames and two very famous 17th Century pubs. “The Grapes” and “Booties” are well documented and renowned locally for their suppers and traditionally brewed ale. The river bus travels from Canary Wharf to Westminster Pier or down river to Greenwich or to the futuristic Thames Barrier. Canary Wharf is nearby reached via the Thames Riverside walkway. This is the heartland of London Financial City with one of the best shopping malls London has to offer. There are some 70 exclusive shops and as many restaurants. There are weekly events most of which are free. Canary Wharf has parks and fountains, fine waterside pubs and eateries.

This apartment building has a luxurious reception area with a long sweep of comfortable sofa’s and side tables, a resident’s private courtyard garden and ground floor private meeting/or dining rooms which can be booked for use. Generally, this apartment offers a discerning tourist or businessman a self-catering, self-contained alternative to expensive hotel living it’s well located and ideal for a short, relaxing and comfortable stay in London Town. The Mosaic Centre has a ramp or a few steps up to the Piazza on one side and steps to the piazza on the other side. The main building and its facilities are all on the same level. The elevator takes you up to third floor and then the wide corridor leads you to the apartment, where the facilities are again all on the one level. The design of this building and the apartments is particularly considerate to people with disabilities.

Notes to the rental rates

The rental rates vary for bookings for 2 persons up to 4 people. The rates quoted above is for four persons for a week, inclusive. 2009 rates For two (2) people the rate would be £875 per week. For Three (3)persons the rate would be £925 per week, for four(4) the rate would be £1000 per week. All rates are inclusive. Rate per extra nights over a week are calculated on a pro rata basis and adjusted down for longer periods. For the minimum of 4 nights rates are from £150 per night. All rates are inclusive except for a small refundable security deposit, from £100.
There is FREE parking for one car, although a car is not necessary from this central location, Wireless Internet and Satellite TV are also included. Bikes are allowed.
Payments are via credit cards. Initially, £100 booking deposit is required to reserve the dates then two months before arrival date the balance payment is due, in full. The deposit is refundable within days of your departure following checking of the property.

As the property is fully fitted out and well equipped for self catering, (we hold a current 4**** grade Certificate from the English Tourist Council). There is a security damage deposit from £100 which is refundable after your stay.
There are no other charges. We can provide business/party rooms during your stay, just ask for details.
You may also house your bikes in the secure underground car park at no charge. The area has quiet cobbled streets which are ideal for cycling and walking. Travel along the river bank to one of the three local Historic Inns/eating rooms.

If cancellation occurs during the early period only the £100 is lost. During the last two month period however, every effort would be made to re-let the property at this short notice. Any monies secured by this late re-booking, will be repaid.

River Boat Cruise, Opera and other Events
Along the River Thames are frequent shows in the air or by boat which are screening in the evening on BBC. Also, in the park at Canary Wharf there are frequent film broadcasts of The Opera being shown live at Covent Garden. All for FREE. Do check the local press for details as well as the apartment literature.
