  • MINIMUM CHARGE for ONE-BEDROOM UNITS is generally for a consecutive 28-day period in any calendar month, ie 4 weeks at £750 = £3000. There is a degree of flexibility but only within a calendar month. If you wish to stay less than this, please look consider taking one of our TWO BEDROOM UNITS as they are usually rented weekly year-round. If we have unsold ONE-BEDROOMS very close to arrival date (within 30 days) we will ONLY THEN offer weekly ONE-BEDROOM rentals, and where these are available we will show them in the online calendar. Please DO NOT enquire ahead of this time!!!
  • 1-BEDROOM UNIT comprises: 1 Kitchens, 1 Living/Dining Rooms, 1 Balconies, 2 WC's, 1 Bathrooms, 1 Bedrooms. (Bedroom configurations - Bed 1 Kingsize). Sleeps a max of 2 persons in beds (infants accepted no extra charge, but no cots are provided. Please bring your own or search internet for hire cots in London).
  • All rates are fully inclusive - the only extras payable are for telephone usage or cable movies. A refundable key and phone call security deposit of £200 cash +/or credit card imprint and ID is required on arrival, and for extended stays a holding deposit is required in advance based on the length of your stay. Airport transfers can be arranged to/from Heathrow and Gatwick.

For Groups, Friends and large Families we can sometimes secure additional apartments in the building (which are identical in floorplans/size, etc) to make a 4-Bedroom, 6-Bedroom or 8-Bedroom facility. Please state your requirements - but try to book early, as these are rarely available!

Where Exactly are you located???: Centre Point! Many advertisers on this site use the term 'Central London', yet for the unwary they are NOT! Some of them are at least an hour (some nearer two hours!) train ride into what is truly the centre of London. These apartments are beside the landmark Centre Point Tower at the top of Charing Cross Road. The Charing Cross stone outside the station is the point where all distances in UK are measured from, so you can say we are not exaggerating about the location. How Noisy Are The Apartments?: The apartment is in a semi high-rise which OVERLOOKS but is SET BACK FROM the junctions of Oxford Street + Charing Cross Road, on the small St Giles High Street. All rooms have secondary glazing so noise is not a big issue (secondary is BETTER than double glazing - it is a whole additional sliding panel). Clients who have viewed the apartment in person (banks, blue-chip companies, theatres always do this for longer stays) are often very SURPRISED at how QUIET this unit is for such a GREAT, CENTRAL LOCATION and we would not have had the CLIENT LIST above or the REPEAT business if this flat were too noisy. One example: for 6 years DEUTSCHEBANK booked in graduates who need a quiet place to study and work hard on training modules - they would not do so if the unit was in any way unsuitable, or if feedback from the graduates was negative. Guest: 'Your place is a find! Stayed at nearby St Giles Hotel room doors slammed all night long - got no sleep
