An 18ft x 7ft south-facing terrace offers stunning views of the capital, from Canary Wharf to the London Eye. By night, the skyline of London is alight - with fireworks on New Year's Eve! This interior-designed apartment is on the first floor of a Victorian house with high ceilings. There is a double bedroom, a small bathroom with bath and powerful shower, and an open-plan kitchen and living room, opening out onto the terrace. The flat is finished to high standards, is modern and comfortable. There is a local restaurant and local shops. Perfectly located for people travelling on business, or as a base to explore London from. Street parking can be arranged. Wireless internet is free; most phone calls are free. A cleaner comes once a week. Guests are valued, and it's important to make your stay pleasurable. A returnable security/breakages deposit is required

From Highgate Village, you can walk to Hampstead Heath. The nearest tube is Archway, which is a five to ten minute walk from the apartment depending on your legs... Archway Tube is in zone two and on the Northern Line, providing easy access to Islington, Hampstead Heath, Camden, the City and the West End. If you are travelling on business, it takes approximately 30 minutes to get into the City or the West End. Euston and Kings Cross are just four/five stops away, if you will be taking trains to other parts of England. There are also bus stops at the end of the road going into the City, Islington, the West End, or up to Hampstead.

Notes: The apartment has a double bedroom. The bespoke bedroom was designed and built in 2004. The small bathroom has a bath and powerful shower, and two doors (very Sex and the City), one leading to the bedroom, and one leading to the living space. There is a widescreen television with Freeview Box. A selection of DVDs, CDs, and books are in the apartment. The 16ft by 7ft terrace has a pergola with grapevines (grapes depending on the time of year), jasmine, bamboo, a wooden table and chairs with bench, where four people can sit, eat and relax, and a large fatboy beanbag. The flat is south facing so gets the sun from morning until late afternoon. The lighting creates a great feel in the flat, and there is an outdoor light for the balcony space. Switch it on when you get home at night to make the most of the superb view. The kitchen has a built-in Smeg oven, several coffee makers and a juicer. The kitchen area doubles as a breakfast bar. There isn't a formal dining space inside.
