A bright, warm apartment on the second floor (with lift) of an attractive modern building in Central London. The nearest attraction is the British Museum, a one minute walk. Soho, Covent Garden, China Town, Russell Square, and Oxford Street are all very close by. The bedroom has a double bed and comes with linen. The living room has a sofa, satellite TV/ DVD/ CD/ Radio, Wi-Fi broadband and a direct dial telephone. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, combination microwave/ oven/ grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. The closest underground stations are Tottenham Court Road and Holborn, and being at the junction of Bloomsbury Street and Shaftsbury Avenue you could not stay in a more central position. There are theatres, cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs all within an easy walk. You would be a 1 minute walk from the British Museum and just 5 minutes walk to Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Soho, and China Town.

One of the best places in London!!

Our apartment was fantastic, the localization is excellent because you are in the dowtown but at the same time you fell than lives in a residential area. The tube and the Bus, 24, stop very near and the area is a safe place. Full of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Inside the apartament has comfortable atmosphere..the bed is perfect good quality!!

Sure you waste good time in this apartment because you will be in the real London!!

Perfect and comfortable location in central London

Unbeatably located, the flat allows you to easily reach the British Museum, Charing Cross, Trafalgar and Leicester Squares, the theatre district, Chinatown, the Soho and Oxford St. just walking for a few minutes. There is a nearby, well connected tube station and many bus lines pass along the same street and round the corner. The flat is provided with anything you may need and turns out to be more than comfortable for 2 people. Double windows provide excellent isolation from street noise.

The Right Spot

Exceptionally well located flat with adequate amenities (Sky TV, broadband, kitchen gadgets). Almost on top of the British Museum and a short walk to Trafalgar Square, the neighborhood has lots of restaurants, some are superb, and interesting stores. The Tube is nearby and there is a plethora of buses passing by.

Could use a few more basic supplies (bar soap, more tp, sponges, laundry soap, etc.) and has a bit of urban noise-I'm from the quiet country-but the unit was very clean and entirely functional. The porter was delightful and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Nice central London location

As said in the title, it is indeed ideal if you want to visit London from a vantage point. Just behind the British Museum, it's walking distance from Oxford Street and the tube station of Totthenam Court Road, where you can find two of the main lines (Northern and Central). The apartment is very comfortable, with a nice bedroom (very comfortable bed) and a huge wardrobe; a roomy kitchen which unfortunately lacks a few basics (oil, salt, sugar, some different kinds of pans), but is filled with a big fridge, a microwave, an oven, and a washer/dryer, so nothing to complain about really; spacious bathroom with a shower and all you basically need, including a pair of mirrors and large towels, which is important since you can't bother bringing them if you travel by plane. The living room includes a large sofa and cable TV with almost a thousend channels, just in case you got nothing to do.
Notwhitstanding its central position, the area is pretty quiet, not too much traffic to talk about, and plenty of drugstores nearby. There are also a pair of newsstands, one of which right next to the location entrance.
Really recommended for travellers who want to visit London without spending too much time on the tube or on buses to reach the many sightseeings.

Great property in a wonderful location

We stayed in this apartment during a chilly November/December week. It was cosy warm. The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable, with the essentials for the serious traveller. A good shower, good bed, hair-dryer, internet connection, and the bonus of a washer/dryer. The apartment is surprizingly roomy, and is adequately equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. There is both a cooking range and a microwave, coffee maker, cafeteria, and toaster.
It is indeed minutes from the British Museum, and within walking distance of Oxford Street, Covent Garden, the Theater district - and even the South Bank National Theater. We could not have found a better location.
It has good security.
There is substantial traffic noise, which is unavoidable in nentral London; so this is just something to note.
There are no toiletries, washing or cooking supplies, but there are well-stocked stores close by.
All in all a very positive experience, and one we hope to repeat.
