    Please note that the booking reservation is non-refundable, even in the case of force majeure. Cancellations made less than 28 days in advance or without notice are subject to a fee of 100% of the total open balance. Should the cancelled booking period receive a new booking, then up to 80% of the booking balance may be refunded at the owners discretion.

    We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover.

London's calling!

We had a wonderful time in London! The apartment is great....you just have to imagine a new, clean and well furnished apartment in the city centre. It is really close to 2 tube stations (just a 10-minute walk from "Barbican" and "Angel") and several bus stops. There are a lot of places where you can grab a quick bite (I remember a chinese take away, a pub, a chippy, a proper restaurant, and some coffeehouse chains such as Starbucks Costa and Pret-à-Manger). You can also find a Tesco and some convenience stores next to Barbican tube station and Angel. We were a bit worried about hot water but to be honest, we didn't have any big problem with it....you just have to figure the heating system out! What to say about Cristina? She's has always been really helpful and kind. She welcomed us upon arrival and showed the apartment (the fresh wine and chocolates were a nice touch!). I'm looking forward to staying at this apartment again! :

Pleasant downtown flat

Quiet, without noise except normal bakcground noise
Flat and furniture in good condition

Fantastic apartment in great location

The apartment was modern and tidy with a good stock of necessities such as soap, toilet paper, towels, washing powder, tea and coffee. The chocolates and champagne on arrival were a lovely touch. The bookshelf was stocked with plenty of books on London, along with a number of boardgames which the kids loved. Easy walking distance to the underground, bus routes and supermarket. Apartment seemed to be in a good part of London, no problems walking around at night - safe and secure. Would definitely stay again when going to London.

Comfort and convenience in the heart of the city

We were in London for a friend's wedding, not Will and Kate, but the

The apartment was clean, with good quality, comfy furniture and had lovely art on the walls. And the courtyard in the back was a happy addition. We were left with chocolates and bubbly (an added bonus for sure!) and felt comfortable and at home instantly. Our stay was amazing! Our host was easy to contact during our stay when we had questions and we just felt right at home.

convenient & welcoming

It's a 10 min walk from several tube stations-not a problem for us, clean,well kept and an extremely helpful owner who immed brought a CD player when we mentioned we didn't have one.Guide books ,;local advice and welcoming flowers all provided a pleasant milieu.
