The light and spacious south facing apartment is ideally situated for those who want to visit London for pleasure or for business, being only 20 minutes walk to the Houses of Parliament or a ten minute tube ride to London Bridge. The warm furnishings and modern facilities makes this a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing, shopping or business in London. With under-floor heating the apartment is cosy in winter, and the high ceilings and patio doors onto the garden provide a cool haven in summer. Inside, massive floor to ceiling glass doors open on to the living area, and on the other side to the second bedroom (that glass is frosted !).     Bookings and Cancellations
    To secure the apartment for the dates you desire, a booking deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.
    All bookings must be confirmed at least 4 weeks (28 calendar days) in advance, by payment of the full balance (less the £100 deposit) of the rental for the period booked. Late booking may be accepted by full payment for the rental period at the time of booking.

    An additional Security deposit of £200 is required at time of confirmation and will be refunded to you net of any damages and breakages.
  • Payment stages:
    Stage 1. £100 deposit to reserve dates.
    Stage 2. Full balance for rental period (Total amount less the £100 booking deposit) + £200 security deposit payable 4 weeks in advance.
    Stage 3. £200 security deposit returned to you less cost of any damages or breakages within 4 weeks of departure.

Other London mainline stations: Paddington (west of England), Kings Cross/St.Pancras (northern England), Victoria (southern England). By Road: Easily accessible by all major road routes. Dedicated free off street parking means that you need not worry about finding a parking space and your vehicle is secure. Please note that Public transport is the easiest and cheapest way to enjoy London. To drive into central London you must pay the daily Congestion Charge for the applicable times.

A home far away from home

It's exactly like what the property owner had described on the web. It located very centre of London and reaches all the tourist spots no more than 30 mins. Easy to go everywhere by tube or by bus. The feeling of walking from the apartment to the nearest tube station is safe. Neighbours are friendly and nice people. There's a well equipped kitchen especially good for those 'home-made' gourmet lovers. Restaurants and a big supermarket at walking distance, so depends on your mood to choose cooking or dining out. And, free broadband internet is provided. The property owner provided excellent service and is very helpful on information of transportation, etc...

It was exactly as advertised. The owner was fantastic (we needed to change dates) and he gave us tips and all sort of usefull informations. The caretaker was very nice,too. The location is great because it's close to the tube and buses (in front of the house!); great view by bus and near the city(10/15 min); There are grocery stores, markets, restaurants, take away, pubs within walking distance; it isn´t far from the hospital. The kitchen has everything you need to cook so it's perfect if you want to save money. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with children. It is very clean, confortable, cozy, safe... Recommended for tourists without a car (us!), sightseeing, well, everyone who needs to rest after a long day walking...
We already recommended it to our friends and family and we hope to come back some day! Thank you, Jonathan, and greetings from Portugal!

Access to all of London very good with close bus and tube stops, but easy access to destinations outside of the city if you have a car. Secure parking. Large grocery store nearby. Owner very responsive and friendly and gave us several good recommendations. Property caretaker also very friendly and helpful. House is in a secure, enclosed area with garden. Internet access easy to use. Be aware that all beds are futons if you are used to something softer. I'd definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay in London.

Perfect to discover London

A small house in a quiet private property with all the convenience. We like to be less than 20 minutes by bus from the city (straight to Westminster or Tower bridge), the quietness inside the residence, restaurants or food shop at the gate. Travel by bus was so easy that our car didn't move until our departure. Perfect for a family of 4 or couple that want to discover London without the disadvantages of a big city. Can be better with internet access (for business). Owner very friendly and access by car very easy despite London traffic.
