• RATES - For stays less than 1 week, the daily rate will apply. For stays of 1 week and over, the weekly rate will apply and additional nights will be charged at a proportion of the weekly rate.
  CLEANING & LINEN CHARGE - A cleaning charge of £25 per stay will apply.
  PARKING - Parking in London is generally difficult and there is limited parking locally. We can arrange a private parking space for £25 per week. This must be booked in advance.

  SECURITY DEPOSIT / BOND - There is a security deposit of 500GBP. This may be paid by credit card or cash on arrival and is refunded on departure.
