Notes to the rental rates

• Chelsea Bridge apartment is available only on long lets. Lettings over 6 weeks are considered as long lettings.
  Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. A 25% deposit payable on booking. Remainder of rental fee payable 6 weeks before rental period starts or by negotiation. The price quoted is for a maximum of 5 persons. The price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels, Tax is included. Also refundable deposit of £100 payable in advance for breakages.
  
• Chelsea Apartment-Bookings less than 3 months require cleaning charges of £75 per bookings and payable at the time of booking unless the tenants agree to take charge of the cleaning up to the standard required by the owner.Weekly rental charges will start from £750.
  
• Bookings more than 6 weeks are given 10% discount . Long term bookings are accepted and special rates are available.

Grosvenor Road starts from Vauxhall Bridge to Chelsea Bridge. The apartment is on the 6th floor of Wilkins house in Central London. You're in the heart of London but away from the crowds! The British Museum is 10 min by bus as well as the Charles Dickens Museum, placed in the building where he wrote Oliver Twist. London's West End with its fabulous shopping (Oxford St, Regent St), theatres, art galleries and landmarks (Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben) is also close by. Covent Garden with its street theatre, opera house and shopping is an easy walk. Heading east, you can stroll around the City of London, Europe's financial centre with its famous buildings (St Paul's Cathedral, the Gherkin, Tower of London, Wren churches). To the South, the London Eye, Tate Modern and South Bank. For children, the Batterssea park, a delightful park with swings, slides, climbing frames, sand pit, a Zoo and astro-turf football pitches. Nearest tube stations are Pimlico & Sloane Square.

Getting Here - Air It is an easy journey from London Heathrow to Grosvenor Road, as the local tube (subway) service runs directly from the airport. It is only a 6 min walk to the apartment from the station. From other London airports (Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or City airports), you can take the train into the centre of London and make a short tube or taxi journey to the apartment. We will send you full directions when you book. We can also arrange for a car to collect you from the airport. Prices start at £45 from Heathrow. Getting Here - Rail Rail is a fifteen minute walk from the mainline stations, Victoria It is a short bus ride from London Bridge and Waterloo stations. Paddington is a tube ride away. It is a 6 minute walk from Vauxhall Bridge tube station (subway) We will send you full directions when you book. " Tea, coffee, fresh milk and sugar will be in the apartment when you arrive. If you would like us to supply any other groceries, eg breakfast cereal, croissants, bread, butter, fruit juice, or the ingredients for a late-night snack, please let us know what you would like when you book. If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen. " You can gain access to the apartment at 2pm on the first day of your stay. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know and if the property is ready, you will be able to move in at an earlier time. If it is not ready, there is a secure place for you to leave luggage. On the day of departure, please leave before 10am. This can sometimes be extended by arrangement.
