This Apartment is in a modern apartment block that has been recently been renovated and listed for Architectural merit. It is close to lots of very high quality shops including a fantastic supermarket ‘Waitrose’ and good restaurants. You will walking distance to lots of attraction including the British museum and Covent Garden (theatre District) although Central the immediate neighbourhood is calm and tranquil. The tube is on the door step and means you are never more than 20 minuets form most of London. The accommodation has lots of space and light with a large outside terrace. the kitchen is well equipped and there is a dinning area that seats up to 10.

Best bet in Bloomsbury!

We spent a wonderful week here this past June. The location was perfect. We were a few minutes from the Russell Square tube station and a short walk to the British Museum. A quick elevator ride down to the concourse brought us to an excellent supermarket, cafes, and shops. The neighborhood and adjacent park were very nice and felt safe. Lunch at Balfour's (recommended by Kierion) was just the beginning of what proved to be a great holiday. Never having rented a vacation property before, we were unsure what to expect. We were very delighted with the flat...it was comfortable, spacious, and very bright and airy as described. Because the weather was uncommondly dry and warm, we enjoyed coffee every morning on the lovely terrace. In the evenings, we enjoyed a bottle of wine (courtesy of the owner) with dinner. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were all larger than we expected. Having a computer and a washer/dryer were welcome extras. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient flat at very reasonable rates, this is definitely your best bet in Bloomsbury! Thankyou, Kierion!

Good location, but ...

The location was fantastic. The shopping centre was handy, the tube station right there, and you can walk to all the Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and Soho attractions.

Unfortunately, the apartment has seen better days. It is is serious need of an upgrade.

A nice surprise!

We stayed at this large, bright, very well situated 2 bedroom apartment in April, 2009. Keiron, the owner was very helpful, both before we arrived (with directions etc.) and while we were there. There were even fresh daffodils awaiting us! The apartment's location is excellent, a couple of minutes walk to Russel Square tube. The Brunswick Center's oudoor shopping concourse downstairs is handy and was a nice surprise. An upscale grocery store in the center allowed us to eat a few meals in and save $$$. The large balcony would be a plus in nicer weather. The bathroom and kitchen are large and clean. Having a computer in the apartment was very helpful (although it's a Mac and takes getting used to for us PC users!) One item the apartment was missing was an automatic coffee maker. Despite this we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Keiron!

All you need for a great holiday!

We were 4 grownups and two teenagers staying in the apartment for about a week and we were very satisfied with it. The apartment was very well equipped and the laundry machine and tumble dryer made it possible to bring less clothes which enabled us to do more shopping:-)Besides that, the apartment had everything we needed – even adapters. The beds in the apartment where comfortable, which was important to us after walking the streets of London all day long every day. The location couldn’t have been better. We just needed to walk down the stairs in the morning to get breakfast from the supermarket or from one of the restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed some really nice dinners in some of those restaurants the nights that we didn’t bother to go downtown. The tube was very close and made it so easy to get around. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and recommend others to do so too.

grand appart au coeur de londres!!!

Nous avons passe une semaine dans cet appartement l'année dernière avec une amie pour les soldes de janvier et pour profiter de la vie nocturne londonienne
Le quartier est idéalement situé , on peut faire les zones sympas de londres à pied ( shopping, musée, boites de nuit), par ailleurs les transports sont juste en bas de la résidence donc pas de souci pour se déplacer
Pour l'environnement même , on est situé ds un complexe commerciale très calme et très pratique il y a un grand supermarché en bas de l'immeuble et des boutiques de fringues
L'appartement est calme , grand trop grand pour deux je pense il est idéal pour un weekend end ou une semaine entre copains ou une famille de six personnes , à noter un accès handicape de la station de métro jusqu'à l appartement
Ce complexe est résolument post moderne un peu gris diront certains voir tristounet mais il est intégré à l'architecture de la ville et s'adapte très bien au temps
Le propriétaire est venu ns acceuillir au métro et nous a donné des conseils sur l'appartement et la ville
Il y a un ordinateur avec le net à notre disposition et le téléphone et c'est bien pratique !!!, une petite machine à laver , une grande cuisine équipée et deux grandes chambres avec un salon tv et lecteur dvd avec des dvd à notre disposition si besoin
Le seul petit bémol est la propreté de l'appartement qui n'est pas super clean mais c'est tout à fait acceptable, un petit coup d'éponge suffit à faire oublier cet inconvénient
Je recommande franchement cet appartement il est grand et super bien situé à un prix qui est tout à fait acceptable compte tenue de la destination qu'est londres!!
